First of all, the Ryusoul Red key has been passed around as an heirloom to silver eye warriors, and as a matter of fact, Ruby is the current Ryusoul Red holder. Yang has the DimeVolcano key which is still slumber and hasn't awaken yet, while Weiss's household holds the Pterardon as an experiment that Weiss doesn't know about it. The Ryusoul sky tribe is my own idea which joins forces with the Ryusoul land tribe.
As for Summer, let's just say she has been possessed has evil Gaisorg and will force her to battle against Ruby. She not evil but possessed by Gaisorg's spirit.
And for Jaune, he will also become Ryusoul Gaisorg.
