A sad AS FUCK short headcanon featuring Omega!Levi and Alpha!Onyankopon dealing with their loss.

Levi stared at the glass door, looking at his slowly healing scared face. His sight in his right eye was blurry and said eye throbbed in pain once in a while. His bandaged hand also throbbed as well, reminding him that he had also lost some fingers as well. 

The omega looked blankly at his appearance. He was dressed in some lose pants and slightly white, puffy, long sleeved shirt. 

"Hey." 

The Omega slowly raised his head and met those soft hazel eyes of his Alpha. 

"Sorry for the delay." Onyankopon said with a soft smile, which Levi tried to return but the stitches on the side of his lips prevented that, making him wince in pain. Onyankopon let out a soft worried noise, his facial expression going more soft with worry.

The dark skinned man knelt on one knee and took the good side of Levi's face into his hand.

"You okay?" He asked.

Levi shook his head and said with a low voice, "No. And I honestly think I won't be for a while."

"No matter, I'll be by your side."

The Alpha laid a soft kiss on Levi's forehead, the Omega closing his eyes in content at the soft touch.

Onyankopon gently dropped the small bag of drugs on Levi's laps, the omega using his good hand to grab hold of it and keep it in place, before the dark skinned pilot grabbed the handles of the wheelchair and started gently pushing the wheelchair. 

The automatical doors opened for them and the two made it out of Maria hospital. 

They were met with the sight of their children waiting for them.

Their adopted daughter, Gabi, had their second adopted, dark skinned daughter, second child, Sheila, in her arms. Falco, who was Gabi's boyfriend and who they had also come to see as a son too, was standing by Gabi's side. The two teens had expressions of worry and sadness.

"Mama!" Sheila squealed out and the toddler squirmed in her sister's arms. Gabi quickly and gently set her down on her feet and the child came running at them. She glued herself in Levi's legs, making the Omega to wince under his breath.

"El, be careful." Onyankopon admonished softly yet sternly. "Your mama-" He got a side glare from Levi, which made him to pause before correcting himself. "Your papa-"

Levi grunted before looking back down at their daughter, lying his good hand in her head and started running his fingers through her curly hair.

"-is injured right now, so you have to be careful with him, okay?" 

Sheila, who honestly didn't understand what her father meant just nodded and said, "Okiey, daddy!"

Her cheery and bubbly attitude had Levi cracking a smile.

Gabi and Falco walked forward, welcoming smiles on their faces.
