Eren is a demon conqueror and he captures Levi's human kingdom. He proceeds in fucking the omega Prince in the presence of his trusted people in the damaged throne room, desecrating the throne. He then places a mating mark on the omega, making him his and one of his concubines.
It took no time for Levi to climb the ranks and to become Eren's favourite. All the omega has in mind is to kill Eren and reclaim his pride. In the end, that doesn't work out and the short man ends up being knocked up with twins.
