Idk anything about how contracts work so I just kept it really simple for my simple mind now don't come for me please

Going into the room I saw three gentlemen sitting and whispering among themselves. To divert their attention I cleared my throat and wished them morning.

"So I guess you all know the reason why I have called y'all in here?". I asked them to make sure they were educated on the topic.

"Uhmm yes we do but we wanted to know if there will be backlash from the contract like it has happened before. Because it's easy to make us fall into the trap but it's difficult to get out of it if you know what I mean", liam said.

I replied formally saying " Mr. Payne our company solely gives an artist a management or company not a leash to control them. I can totally assure you that there will be no betrayals and as of homophobia I myself am gay and I am proud of it, and the contract has very clear terms written which you can go throught right now and question me at any point".

I turned to harry and he took that as a sign to pass the contract. I saw the three men go through it word by word. Damn s*imon really was a manipulative piece of shit. These men here have more trust issues than I had when that money whore cheated on me.

But anyways back to present, after almost half an hour of everything and signing the contract we shook hands and then Zayn said " hey just if possible please don't let this get to the media so soon. Otherwise simon will surely do something about it to make us trapped".

I understood where he was coming from and sincerely nodding my head and assuring them that privacy would be maintained, we all parted ways with goodbyes.

I told harry to bring me another tea and made my way to my office. I then realised how I was ignoring all the turmoils inside me by occupying myself with so much work. It was like trying cover a big wound with just a band aid. All my thoughts were interrupted when there was a knock on the door. I said "come in".

And there he was the culprit in all his glory with my tea in his hand. It was crazy how once I wanted to throw roses at this person but now I felt like I should hit him with stones. But anyways he kept my tea and looked at me as if expecting something.

So I quirked my brow in a question and he just shaked his and scrambled out. I drank my tea and let myself get so overwhelmed with old memories

"Babyyyyyyy", I heard my boyfriend shouting throught the flat.

"In the room", I shouted and just as I said that I felt a big lump jumping on my back and I let out an oof. I was on my stomach so I giggled and turned to see my koala.

He just innocently smiled and giving me an eskimo kiss muttered " I love you".

I laughed and said " I love me too".

He pouted and came forward as if to kiss me but then started a tickling attack. I started laughing so hard I had tears down my face.

"Say u love me".

"Ok---i --- love ----you".

And with that he came down and kissed me knocking the life out of me.

I just remembered all that and made my way to my piano. Music was my best coping mechanism. It was the only thing that pulled me out of my darkest place. It was what took me into a world I wished existed. It made me live in that world. So playing a minor key I took a seat and started playing.
