Chapter 1 : The Meeting

Vintersvegen woke up and gasped as he sat up. He glanced around as he noticed the familiar bed and room. "This is... My room?" Vintersvegen mumbled as he rubbed his head.

"You're awake." Said a very gentle voice. Vintersvegen glanced to where the voice came from and noticed the familiar woman he met earlier before he collapsed and in his dream.
"Are you okay?" Asked the woman
"No," Vintersvegen replied before he gazed at her "First of all, how did you get here? Second of all, why are you in my room?? Third of all, who in the whole world are you and who let you in here??" A hint of fear arises as his heart beats rapidly. Sweat starts to trail down to his cheek and drops onto his bedsheet.

The lady sighed and stands up "I suppose we need a proper introduction and now is the correct timing."
She cleared her throat before she bows "My name is Ruby. Your seniors lead me here and had asked me to watch over you while you were asleep. They gave me the key to your room, which you had in your pocket."
Vintersvegen stared at her before he reaches into his pocket, looking for his key. Ruby pull the key out of her pocket and showed it to him, which made him a little bit irritated as he snatches the key back.
"The principal assigned you to watch over me." Ruby said, "But I didn't expect to have a senior with low blood pressure."
"Hey!" Vintersvegen yelled "Just because I collapsed earlier doesn't mean I have... That-.. That low blood pressure thing!"
"Whatever it is, it seems like I'll be taking care of you instead. You need to learn how to call me 'senpai' from now on." Ruby crosses her arms as she eyed him.
"You little- is this how you show your respect to your senpai!?" Vintersvegen yelled
"You don't act like a senpai so I guess I don't have any respect for you," Ruby said "Besides, you were the one who started it."
With annoyance, Vinter glared right into her eyes "Me!? You were the one who came into my room and stole my key!"
"I didn't steal it, I borrowed it."
"Did you got my permission!?"
"I could've asked but you were out cold. Not to mention you could've asked nicely."
"Why in the whole world should I be nice to you when you being disrespectful by coming inside my room!?"
"I told you the seniors told me to watch over you, it's not like I wanna watch over a man with physical problems."
"You lil-"
"You two better stop fighting before you two kiss each other," Finger said as he peaked into the room, grinning. "Oh, if that happens, this could be one of the hottest gossips in Cassel College!"

Both Vintersvegen and Ruby glanced at each other before they gagged.

"Me? And her? That will never happen." Vintersvegen throws his face away
"I'd rather find myself a man rather than a boy." Ruby turns around and walks away, walking past Finger.

"What a jerk," Vintersvegen said, crossing his arms.
"Well, she's your junior. You have no choice but to watch over her." Finger shrugs as he walks in
"Wait-" Vintersvegen seems shocked "Are you serious right now!?"
"You want me to hit the sense out of you to wake you up as you did to me earlier?" Finger asked, clenching his fist.
"No thanks," Vintersvegen said, gulping a little nervously. "But still, why do I get to watch over her?"
Finger let out a soft chuckle "Well, it's not like I wanna watch over you as your senpai, but here we are now."
Vintersvegen glared at Finger and clenched his fist as he was ready to give his senior another punch.
Finger gulped nervously.

Then, a shrill scream from Finger. The scream was loud enough to grab the attention of all students inside and outside the campus.

A few minutes later, Johann took Finger's place and visits him instead.
Of course, Johann's golden eyes made Vintersvegen laugh nervously "Am I in trouble?"
"Yes." Johann said as he crosses his arms "But we'll talk about it later." He walks towards his side and said, "We have something more important to discuss."
"W...What is it?" Vintersvegen asked
"What happened? I know you didn't collapse on purpose not was it because you're ill. You took care of your body well, so I'm sure it's not because you're sick, not to mention this may be your first to collapse in public. But from my observation, it may be something else."
