The Emperor of Tea

The Warrior

Rumors have been going around in China, about a man with no head, with a face on his torso.
The Emperor has decided to investigate the truth of these claims, while tending to his people in the countryside.
The weather was fair, the trees sang, the animals played and the dragons all danced as Shennong walked through. Suddenly, all was quiet, even the mountains stood still. The Emperor felt a chill in the air, as if the wind was warning him, a twig snapping could now be heard.
" I assume that you are the man with the face on his torso? " said Shennong without turning around.
" Xing Tian is my name "
" I see " said the Emperor with a smile; " What do you wish from me? "
" A battle "
" I am a healer not a fighter "
" I do not care "
Shennong now moved out of the way, as a giant axe was now at the spot where he once stood.
" You a fighter? " said Xing Tian, confused.
" I am an old man "
Xing Tian attacked once again, and once again, Shennong dodged the blow.
" Do not play games with me, '' said the warrior, irritated.
" A game you say? Care for a game of Xiangqi, Xing Tian? "
The warrior just looked at the smiling Emperor.
Another attack was coming, this time, Shennong did not seem to move, instead, the diamond lion-dog jumped at Xing Tian.
" I told you to take better care of yourself, " said Yan Di.
" But, you are so good at taking care of me, " said the Emperor.
The lion-dog was not amused, nor was the warrior, but, Xing Tian did seem happy that there was now someone willing to give him the battle he wanted.
" Like me, you shall lose your head, mutt "
" A self-burn, those are rare "
The Emperor giggled as the warrior charged.
While the fight went back and forth, Shennong poured himself a cup of tea.
Xing Tian was annoyed at the Emperor's carelessness, so he tried to attack the tea, that was when Shennong kicked the warrior right in the middle of his face-torso.
" So uncivilised! Never disturb a good cup of tea " exclaimed the Emperor of Tea.
Yan Di now brought down the warrior.
" Time to meet the Jade Emperor "
" Wait " said the Tea Emperor.
" What? "
" I did promise Xing Tian a game of Xiangqi "
The game began, while Yan Di was taking a nap.
" You could have made a better move than that, just use your head! " exclaimed the Emperor.
Two seconds went by.
" Don't lose your head over that little joke "
Xing Tian was quiet.
" I am going to stop while I am ahead "
