The Once Lonely Mother

A woman was walking around the kingdom, she was covered in a hood and cloak, and her legs were covered in scales.
" Why are you down with the humans? " said a voice from the thin air.
" I wanted to visit my children " said the woman with a mother's smile.
" Why? "
" Why don't you go back to sleep, and stop bothering me "
The voice giggled.
" I too am impressed "
" How so? "
" The world we made has truly become very beautiful, from the lands, to the history and even to the people "
The woman now noticed three certain adults sitting at a restaurant; the two men were talking with their "bodies", while the woman calmly enjoyed her meal.
The woman with the scales smiled.
" Why are you down there? " said the voice.
" I told you; I want to visit my children "
The voice paused for a moment.
" Did Wukong do something? "
The woman paused.
" No, my son is not a troublemaker "
The voice was quiet.
" Okay, I will admit it, Wukong has sometimes- "
" Sometimes? " said the voice with the hint of a smile.
" Let me finish. He has sometimes gotten himself into trouble, but(!) he has also gotten himself, and even his friends, out of dire situations "
The voice paused yet again.
" What did he do? "
The woman now paused.
" He has not visited me for many years... " said the woman with a mother's love.
" Oh... " uttered the voice, as it did not expect that answer; " Uhm... have you tried to look under a mountain? "
" Why would he be under a mountain? "
The voice paused.
" You... you don't know about the journey? "
" What journey? What have I missed while up in heaven? "
The voice was quiet.
" Pangu, what are you not telling me? Is my son okay?? "
" Ah, Nu Wa " said Shennong, as he walked up to the woman; " It is good to see you "
The woman now grabbed the Emperor by his shoulders.
" My son, where is my son?! "
" Uhm... " said Shennong, surprised; " He was here in the kingdom a while ago "
" When? Where? "
" Don't worry, I know just the right people to find your son, " said the Emperor with a smile.
Wukong was found, and he was "returned" to his mother.
Mother and son spend a lot of time together from that day onward.
And Wukong actually enjoyed spending time with his mother; Nu Wa.
