𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Thursday

The next day felt so blunt until practice came around. It was the final practice before yet another big game and Sakusa wasn't exactly mad at Atsumu but he was done with him. Sure it would take a while for him to stop liking Atsumu but it's for the best, he didn't want to end up hurt due the fact it's clear the blonde still had feelings for Shoyo. 

The two boys didn't talk to each other throughout all of practice and finally, it ended. 

"Alright see ya later." Atsumu said to Shion and headed out the gym. He was unexpectedly awaited by Sakusa who wanted to resolve a few things. 

"Oh hey.." Atsumu let out.

"Look, I'm pretty sure that I like you but knowing that you want Hinata hurts so I'll do my best to not to like you." 

"Uh-" 

"And I know this might come off as a shock but I don't care, this feeling I feel for you has occurred for a while now and I only just realized it myself as well." Sakusa said fast then paused and lowered his voice as he looked away. "I'm sorry if things become more awkward from now on but I had to tell you so please understand." 

Atsumu was surprised that Sakusa would actually admit this, he didn't know how to respond. 

"I'm gonna get going." The black hair male said shortly and walked away. 

Friday morning

The next day came around and Atsumu woke up at 6:20am, he had stayed up until 12pm preparing for the big game today but also thinking about Sakusa. The blonde wasn't sure why but after Sakusa admitted his feelings to him his heart raced like crazy.

'Could it really be that knowing Sakusa actually has feeling for me made me fall for him?' Atsumu thought about this for a good few seconds. 'I mean to be fair, when Hinata was talking to me I barely listened and..even ran after Sakusa when I saw him walk by..' Everything was now adding up to Atsumu and he gasped. 

"I'm so stupid!" He shouted. 

"Atsumu! It's almost midnight!"

The whole school day went by without them talking to each other and it came time for them to head to their bus which would take them to their big game. Miya was super nervous about both situations, he decided that if they won the game he would tell Sakusa how he feels right after but if they lose he'll wait a few more days.

Everyone arrived at the area where the game would take place, it was the famous Tohru stadium in Tokyo. The black jackels were up first so right after their 15 minute warmup they headed to main area where their game would begin. 

"So how'd it go?" Bokuto asked Atsumu before they had to get into the game. 

"Uh can we talk about this after?"
