Miraculous Rewrite (Season 2)

The Collector

Master Fu was in deep meditation on the Chinese bed from his massage shop. Wayzz was flying beside him and questioned worryingly if he was okay. Master Fu replied without opening his eyes or moving at all

"She's here"

Frightened, Wayzz rushed behind the gramophone to hide. At that moment a knock could be heard at the door. The door opened revealing a hesitant Marinette holding the ancient miraculous book and Tikki flying near her.

"Hello, Ladybug"

Marinette slowly stepped towards the guardian of the miraculous.

"Master, I know you never wanted me to bring her here again but you must see what she discovered."

Marinette looked around the place.

"I've been here; I've met you before. You're the healer that cured Tikki when she was sick!Soo... I'm guessing you're not really a vet?"

Master Fu chuckled as he got up from the Chinese type bed.

"Not really. That was your first day of school, that wasn't a chance meeting either.Marinette, you're always ready to help others. I knew that day, that very moment, that you'd make a fantastic Ladybug!"

Marinette was still confused about who Master Fu was and how he knew she was Ladybug. Part of her frightened and yet something told her her identity was safe with the old man.

" But, who are you?"

Master Fu led Marinette to the gramophone and pressed the eyes of the two dragons which lit up bright red. Nine buttons then appeared and Master Fu entered the code, making the miracle box come out of the gramophone.

"Master Fu is the last known member of the Order of the Guardians!"

Wayzz came out of his hiding place, frightening Marinette.

"Guardians of the Miraculous! I'm Wayzz, Master Fu's kwami. It's a pleasure to meet you, Marinette."
"Uhh,nice to meet you too!"

Master Fu took the miracle box and opened it showing Marinette the fox and bee miraculous.

"We guardians are responsible for protecting and distributing the Miraculous, for the good of all humanity.When we were much, much younger... I made a terrible  mistake. As a result of my foolishness the moth and peacock miraculous were lost. Also gone forever was the ancient Grimoire."
" But all it has are drawings of old superheroes and a bunch of strange symbols."
" Not strange to a Guardian. Back in the days, I was never given the opportunity to even have a look at it, but I've been taught enough to be able to partially decipher the code."

Marinette looked at Tikki. The red kwami with black dots reassured her and then the girl gave the grimoire to Master Fu. Master Fu started flipping through the pages looking at a drawing of an ancient black cat superhero and then at an ancient ladybug superheroine.

"These pages contain various spells capable of giving Ladybug and Cat Noir special abilities we haven't known about, until now!"

Marinette was shook by this new information. Now she and Cat Noir could finally find a way to stop Hakw Moth once and for all.
Meanwhile at the Agreste Mansion, Gabriel was looking desperately in the safe for the Grimoire.Nathalie knocked at the door of Gabriel's office.

" Come in"

Nathalie entered the office holding her tablet.

"Sir, there is something you must see"

Nathalie showed Gabriel the pictures of Adrien taking the book. Gabriel was furious. Adrien, his own blood, his own son stole the Grimoire, the last thing he ever got from his wife before her mysterious disappearance. In an explosion of rage, Gabriel headed straight for Adrian's room. The boy was doing his homework. Nathalie opened the door and Gabriel entered the room. Adrian could already tell he was in trouble. Gabriel didn't even look at Adrian. His face in the opposite direction of the boy.
