"Heart filled with what ??"

I m writing this at 4 am the whole night I don't sleep I change sides but sleep was not there.....
Heart always filled with love but one time comes like this when heart filled with responsibilities, career stress, family problem, then heart become stressful.......
That's why your sleep went....when sleep comes when your heart is happy, you happy, you are satisfied with what your life is...
But when your heart filled with guilt, anxiety, sadness how can you sleep???
I can't able to sleep for many nights even I want to....but can't????
What we call this depression, mental health, physical what???
According to my, my heart is an emotion!!!!
When your emotions are hurt your whole life will be disturbed
Your heart is not only yours...your heart is full of emotions, loves to your loved ones when something happened bad to them you can't sleep
How can you????
When things are not according to you since long you are suffering, family issues, parents health, fight, the whole heart is filled with love it's very strong but how many times heart face this
How many???
When it's uncountable your life day by day like this only!!

This is the situation one time every heart felts.........
