2. Lost in the Music

One of your friends at school one day had given you one of her earbuds at lunch. "Here," she said, grinning, "I think you'll like this group that I found. They talk about hating school a lot." You smiled and put it into your ear. The first sound you heard was a deep, smooth voice rapping, saying he had no dreams. "That's Rapmonster." She said. You giggled. "Rapmonster? I like his voice." And that was just the beginning. You had found out they had just debuted, and No More Dream became you favorite song. You became an A.R.M.Y and really loved and supported all the members, but there was something about Rapmonster. His lyrics stirred up so many feelings in you, and you didn't know if that was good or bad. You would sit in your room at night, and lose yourself to a whole other world. The feelings you suppressed during the day, the heart that hurt all the time, all the pain melted away when you listened, when you got lost in the music. Tears ran down your face just thinking about it. You came back to the present and looked around. It was already getting dark in the park. You stood up, and checked your watch. 6:30. Suddenly, you realized something. It was February, and your birthday was in March, March 7 to be exact. You would turn 18. As this thought struck you, you staggered backwards. Your sister... You.... You could go live with her. You would be free. Your hand went to your heart. You offered a silent prayer, and looked up at the sky. "God," you said hesitatingly, "If you're there, and if you're listening... I just wanted to say thank you." The stars twinkled over head, and out of the blue, you saw a shooting star. "Oh! A shooting star!" You whispered excitedly. "I should make a wish...." "I wish..... That I could spend just one day.... With Namjoon." You smiled, staring up for one more moment. You usually didn't believe in magic or anything, but.. Tonight was special. You turned and started walking back to the house, wondering if wishes actually came true.
