Yeona groaned as she heard her alarm blaring on the nightstand next to her bed. She rolled over on her back and realised that she must have fallen asleep on her floor while putting her things away.

After being dragged to a restaurant and catching up with Suho for an hour, she had caught a cab and went home to unpack her duffle bag only to find that there were some boxes stacked next to her closet door. Her curiosity got the better of her and she ended up going through all of the boxes.

They were full of her mothers belongings. Where these boxes had been this entire time, she didn't know, but now they were in her possession.

Yeona stretched as she sat up, rubbing her aching back and finally pulling herself to her feet. She grabbed her phone and turned off the annoying alarm. Maybe I should've just slept in today and went to school tomorrow... She shook her head and went to the bathroom to shower. After she had finished, she dried her hair and put on the school uniform that had been left hanging in her closet while she was gone. Once she had put her shoes on, she stared at herself in the mirror and sighed.

She was not excited to go back to Saebom.

She grabbed all of her things and rushed downstairs into the kitchen and opened the refrigerator. She needed something filling in order to take her medication otherwise she would feel nauseous the entire day. She let out an exasperated gasp at the almost-empty fridge.

Didn't her dad have the decency to at least buy some groceries before she came home?

She looked at her phone and nodded. She would chance being late just so she could go to the convenience store. Rushing out of the house, she sped-walked to the nearest convenience store which took up seven minutes of the fifteen minutes that she had left if she wanted to make it to the bus stop in order to get to school on time.

She lit up when she saw that they still carried her favourite strawberry drink. She grabbed two of those and a packaged cookie, figuring the cookie would be good enough to settle her stomach once she took the medication.

"Is this all for today?" The cashier asked her. Yeona nodded, giving a polite smile.

She rushed out of the convenience store and made her way to the bus stop, hoping she would make it in time for the correct one. She groaned internally when she felt her heart fluttering. She knew she was over-doing it with all of her speed-walking and rushing, but when she finally saw the bus stop, she continued at her quick pace. She slowed down once she got nearer, seeing a few kids with the same uniform as her lingering around. She sighed in relief knowing that she had made it on time afterall. She felt her chest tightening in an uncomfortable manner so she stopped walking and dug through her bag for the medicine bottle, not wanting the lingering students to see the bottle, she turned away from them and opened the bottle discreetly and quickly put a pill in her mouth. She quickly closed the bottle and put it back in her bag then opened one of the drinks she had just purchased and took a large sip.

She nodded to herself and sighed in relief. She could eat the cookie on the bus.

Speaking of which, she smiled to herself when she heard the bus pull up to the stop. She waited for the small group of students to get on the bus before she also climbed on and after scanning her card, she realised how crowded the bus was. She also realised the amount of people staring at her and whispering amongst themselves loud enough for her to hear.

"Is that Kim Yeona? Woah she got prettier!"

"She's that new girl that was here for a month before disappearing right?"
