You will be judged based on your spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. So be sure to double-check your work before submitting it.

Deadline: Submissions start on May 15th, 2021 at 06:30 pm EST (EASTERN STANDARD TIME), and end on July 15th, 2021 at 06:30 pm EST. You have 13 weeks to complete your work. Since it's a short story I figured 13 weeks will be more than enough time to get it done.

What are you writing about? This is the best part, you can write about anything, as long as it stays in line with the title. We asked that you choose between four genres for this season's contest.

1. Fantasy - some of the Wattpad's community are into Fantasy lately so we thought maybe an original and unique story on this cover could be a great opportunity for you to explore and try your hands at writing Fantasy Novels

2. Romance - Everyone loves a good Romance Novel! Why not use this cover to create a heartfelt, mature, or suspenseful story. Even if it's your first time, and you want to explore this type of genre, feel free to go ahead.

3. Mystery - Do we have any suspense lovers in here! Be creative with this genre and put together a mysterious short story.

4. Horror - Spook us with your scariest story using this cover, even if you've never tried writing loathsome novels, this is a good time to explore.

Whichever ever title you choose for your story must be in line with the introduction, body, and conclusion. Remember to use the story details to help guide you so that you don't go off track.

Judging: There will only be a few judges on my team since it's a pandemic and we are told to keep isolated.

Be sure to follow every rule in order to be qualified. I will not be accepting any stories after July 15th.  Once you have completed your work, leave a link to your story in the comment section so that your submissions are easily accessible. Prompt ideas will be given in the next chapter.

N.O.T.E: Remember to add this to your library so that you can get updates and notifications.

If you have any inquiries please write them in the comment section, I will try my best to respond.
