Chapter 1

Hello! This is my first time writing like an actual story (I recommend reading the summary, it's very important since I won't be mentioning any of it during the actual story) by the way I got this story Idea from @Mybestfriendsagrape, but I changed it up a bit. okaaaay I'm stalling, ENJOY!!!

Summary: Mari Quinn, daughter of Harley Quinn and Joker. She was loved by everyone in Gotham and was often referred to as "Gotham's angel". She has been through so much; being taken away from her birth parents, a victim of r*pe, falsely accused by the people she thought were her friends, physically and mentally abused, and many more disturbing things. Her biological parents were deemed unfit parents so Mari was adopted by a nice French couple. She was having a great life, great friends, great grades, but that all changed once the liar came...

Lila Rossi. A liar who ruined Mari's life, she made rumors about her and turned all of her friends against her. The only people that knew about Lila's lies were Chloe, Kagami, Luka, and Adrian. Chloe, Kagami, and Luka did whatever they could to help Mari, Adrian, however, keeps telling Mari to take the high road, or say that Lila's not hurting anyone. He also had the 'great idea' to date Lila, to see if she would stop bullying Mari, but when that failed, he decided to stay with Lila.

One day, Mari gets the chance to go back to Gotham, the only downfall was that it was a whole class field trip. While they're there, Mari and her friends conceive a plan to expose Lila.

More things you need to know:
Tom and Sabine don't know about Lila's lies.
Ms. Bustier is a nice teacher and tries to help Mari as much as she can.
Mari, Chloe, Kagami, and Luka are all famous and anonymous singers whose names are Nettie, Queen C, Melodic fencer, and LC (I can't find the original person who came up with these names)
Marinette is also a famous fashion designer named MDC as well as a second-place champion fencer, Kagami coming in first and Adrian in third.
Mari, Chloe, Kagami, and Luka all know each other superhero identities.
Adrian is dating Lila but likes Mari
Mari knows the Wayne's and is dating and illegally betrothed to Damien (good job, Thalia)
Mari still has contact with her birth parents

A CLARIFICATION BEFORE I START
Mari and Damien met when they were 12 years old. Mari left when she was 13 so they had known each other for more than a year. It was sort of a love-hate relationship I don't know how to explain it. ALSO, Mari never liked Adrien, everyone just assumed she was because of the way she stuttered around him, but in reality, she didn't want to make Adrien not like her because his father is her idol :D

Third POV (about 10 years ago) (Mari was eight years old)

Mari Quinn was taking a stroll around Gotham, looking for inspiration, when she heard something behind her. She turns around and says, "Whoever you are, I have to warn you, there is a high chance of you getting killed."A man covered in black jumped in front of her, "Oh, it's just you batsy" Mari says as she walks away, "Woah, woah, woah, what's a little girl like you doing, walking around Gotham" Batman says pulling her back gently.

"Don't worry Bruce, I was just walking out here for inspiration, I'm a designer, and I am fully capable of taking care of myself." Mari says, folding her arms, "Oh, okay then, w-wait...What did you just call me?!" Bruce says, shocked. "Bruce" Mari deadpanned, "B-but how did you find out!?" Bruce says, dumbfounded. "I'm smarter than I look Brucey, I managed to hack into the bat computer and I figured you were the only one who could afford so many gadgets." Mari says "I also speak fluent in 5 languages (Spanish, Arabic, French, Mandarin, and Urdu), and I'm learning 3 more,(Hindi, Japanese and Portuguese) and I do lots of extracurricular activities like fencing, baking, designing, singing, and stuff." Bruce looks at the little girl, amazed at how much she could do, "dark hair...blue eyes...." Bruce muttered under his breath, but it could still be heard.
