1st day and Dinner plans

Izuku was driving with Eri in the backseat on their way to UA. Izuku looked in the rearview mirror and saw that Eri was drawing and writing in her own little notebook which she dubbed "Eri's Quirk book" which was inspired by his "Hero analysis" Notebooks he did as a kid, which also inspired Melissa's "Gadget-Quirk research" notebooks.

'speaking of Melissa, I really should give her and Dave a call' Izuku thought to himself

Izuku reminded himself to call them and he continued driving. As he was driving, he was thinking about how he would introduce himself and his subject to the class with as much fun as possible. While it seemed a little childish, Izuku wanted his students to be as invested in Quirk Studies as much as he was. Not only would that help them grow it will also allow them to grow and use their own Quirks in ways they never thought possible. He was sure it would also help Eri with her own Quirk and help her control it in some way, he also hoped it would help her get out more and be more social with people who weren't him, Rumi, Ryuko, and Aizawa.

"Eri, are you excited for your first day of school?" Izuku asked

Eri looked to her dad before looking back at her notebook and trying to hide her face, "no... I'm really scared dad" Eri said

Izuku gave her a soft smile through the rearview mirror, "I know, it's gonna be hard but I'll be with you every step of the way" Izuku said

"... Promise?" Eri asked

"I promise," Izuku said

Eri smiled and continued writing and drawing in her notebook and Izuku smiled and drove the rest of the way.

"How about after school we call Ryuko over so you can meet her, would you like that?" Izuku asked

Eri nodded rapidly with a smile, "is it true she can turn into a dragon!?" Eri asked with glee

"The biggest dragon!" Izuku said with a smile

"WOW!" Eri said "I can't wait to meet her! I wonder how big she can really get, maybe she can even stop at a certain point, oh! that would be cool to know! I wonder-"

And with that Eri went on a ramble and Izuku just smiled bashfully as he really hated that Eri picked up his mumbling habit, but what goes around comes around he supposed.

Meanwhile, with their class at UA, The students of 1-A were currently waiting in their class for the Quirk Studies teacher to arrive. They had been waiting for him for a few minutes but thankfully not too long

"What do you think this guy's gonna be like?" Mina asked

"Who knows, but this class seems really boring," Kaminari said

"I doubt it'll be that dull!" Iida cried "I'm sure this will be very insightful," Iida said with passion

"I agree, it may even help us about our own quirks," Momo said

Just then, the door opened, and Izuku walked into the class with Eri walking behind holding her handbag. The students looked at him with confused stares at both him and Eri. Izuku looked at the class and smiled at all of them.
