Chapter 2

as kind as I am I agreed to help him out since he had given me a lift to the library and school. I am just not sure why is he so eager on getting a new job when he already has a job that pays well, I mean the guy drives a Mercedes Benz Amg A45 for goodness sake.
I attended my lectures as usual, went to the gym and called for an uber, while i was waiting for my uber I couldn't help but feel as if I'm being followed it's been over 3 weeks now and still I feel like I'm being followed or maybe I watch too many serial killer documentaries.
I live with 2 girls, Amanda and Maxene in an appartment, I'm a 2nd year and they are doing their 3rd year.
I've been waiting for Justin's call the whole day as I was thinking about the way his hair is different from the other guys, he calls "hey can we meet?I'll come by your apartment and pick you up there at 17h30" I think I've seen him before in this building that I live in but I can't put a finger on it, as my mind flooded with lots of questions I forgot that Justin was still waiting for my acknowledgement, he clears his throat "Kalo did you hear me?are you still there?are you okay?" now why would he ask me if I was okay?why all of a sudden is he anxious?before I let my mind get over me again i answer with a yes sure let's meet, as we hang up I toss myself over the bed and start drowning in my thoughts, why would he ask me if I'm okay? what's going on? I know I wouldn't be able to answer these questions because I don't know what's going on. after sleeping for 2 hours I go bathe for my meet up with Justin, it was a little windy today so I wore my usual a hoodie and track pants with kicks. I left my phone in my room and went to the kitchen to get something to eat since I was really hungry, my phone rang and Amanda brought it to me she told me it's "a guy with a white english accent" took the phone and he just told me to come down he's waiting for me.
now I have to explain to Amanda and Maxene who is this guy while running to the door Amanda stands in front of the door "who's Justin?" she said now i have to explain to them before going out they are like those overprotective sisters that no teenager wants, Maxene starts with her dramatic behavior "girl you aren't going out with that boy without telling us who he is, what if he's a serial killer and you're his next victim?huh?what do you know about this guy?" I just couldn't help but laugh at the choice of words she used, "guys it's okay, can I tell you when I come back? I'm really late and I don't think he's the patient type I'll explain everything to you guys when I come back" they just moved out of my way "okay girl be careful if anything happens call us okay?" said Maxene, "okay I will, you do know that you're on my speed dial" as I ran out and down the steps I see Justin wearing his formal clothes hair brushed backwards it's a little darker than before I guess he used gel so he wears formal clothes with sneakers now that's a great taste wait, he is wearing formal clothing and I'm wearing casual clothes I feel so underdressed "hey you look beautiful" he said yeah that's what charming men say in order for the lady to don't feel bad "thanks, why didn't you tell me to dress in formal clothing?I feel betrayed" I sighed "you look really nice I like what you did to your hair" I exclaimed "thank you, I didn't see the reason for that but if you want to change we can go to the mall and get you something" did he just offer to buy me a dress?
