THUD.THUD.

There's a knock at the front door. I look at the digital clock hanging on the wall and it's only eight o'clock. Why would the pizza delivery man come so early? He should know by now that all my parties start at nine. I have parties every two weeks or so.

Walking towards the door, I grab fifty dollars off the counter for the delivery dude. I open the door and to my surprise, it was Miranda. Best surprise EVER. Hands down.

"Miranda? You're like thirty minutes early." I say looking down into her hazel eyes. I really don't mind that she's early though. It'll give me more time to talk to her and get to know her more.

"I know." she bit her bottom lip. "I was just trying to find your house and I didn't want to be late for the party so I decided to come early." she lost me at 'I know'. the lip biting just gets to me.

"Oh okay, come on in then." I step aside letting her in.

"Okay." she said walking into my house, hair swaying from side to side. She smells just like coconuts and vanilla. "Oh wait." She stopped suddenly. Should I take my shoes off?"

"No. It's all good, your fine."

She's wearing a white hollister hoody, with some skinny jeans, and a pair of black high heels. She look very beautiful. The girls that will be here tonight will have on mini skirts, and tiny tube tops that have their boobs gushing out. Yuck. The image just gives me the shivers. I like how Miranda is covered up, it gives more to the imagination.

I shut the door with a slight thud, and lead her to the dining room.

"I'm glad you came." I say. "I thought you would bail on the party."

"You couldn't resist me huh?" I asked interrupting her. was that question to weird?

"Kiera wanted to meet me here. She said I had to come or I would get a finger chopped off. What Kiera says, she'll do, that's for sure." She said as she giggled. It was the cutest thing ever.

"Oh.Geez." was all I could say.

"Yep." her mouth made a pop sound when she said that. "So do you have anything else to get ready for the party?"

"No, nothing else really. Just waiting for the pizza to come. Apparently teenagers love pizza."

"Oh do they?" She smiled.

"Yea they do." I smiled back at her.

"Nice house." she said rocking back and forth on her heels of her feet.

"Thanks, I like it i guess." I said shrugging my shoulders.

"You guess?" She looked at me with confused eyes. "Your're so lucky, this place is huge. I live in an apartment."

"It just feels..."I ran my hands through my hair. "Empty". Yep that's the word. Empty.

THUD.DING DONG.

"That should be the pizza delivery guy. I'll be right back." i say.

"Okay."

I hand the boy the fifty dollars and grab all ten boxes from him. I head back to the dining room to see that Miranda is now sitting on one of the stools.

"Wow!" her eyes widen. "That's a lot of Pizza's.

"I know my parties are really big."

After talking for a bit we were quiet so I asked "Want to play five questions?"

"What's that?" She looked up at me.

"It's like 20 questions, but just five because 20 is way to many questions. You also have to tell the truth no matter what the question is. Deal?"

"Ummm...sure. you ask me a question first." she said.

"Okay." What should I ask her? "Um...Did you know who I was before I bumped into you earlier?"

"Yea i've known who you were since freshman year." She smiled then started to blush a little. "But..." she trailed off. "I didn't know your name. All i knew was that you're the quarter back of the football team."

"Really?" I smiled.

"Yep." she giggled a soft giggle. "It's my turn to ask a question right?"

"Right."

"Um.. Did you know who I was before you bumped into me?"

"yea. I actually had at least one class each year with you since the 7th grade."

Her eyes widen. "Seriously? I feel stupid now. I didn't even know we had that many classes together. And i dodn't even know we went to middle school together."

"It's ok." I laughed.

Back in the 7th grade i remembered that when I first saw her, I literally fell in love with her. but you know, when your in middle school you worry about what people say, so since Miranda was the shy, quiet girl people thought she was weird so I didn't say anything to anyone about how I felt towards her.

Over the years she became even more beautiful, if that's possible. Now that I'm older, I don't care what people say. I'm going to make her mine.

"It's your turn to ask me a question." She said.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" I know that was a little personal, but I have to know.

She blushes. "Nope."

"Seriously?" I look at her. She looks serious. "Your Really pretty." I walked towards her.

"Really? Um. thanks. Oh and yes i'm serious I don't have a boyfriend. Never have. Is that weird?"

No, it's not." I was an arm length away now. So close. It's your turn to ask a question Miranda."

"Am I to shy?" she asked.

"Nope. You're perfect." I say getting closer to her. That was the truth, I don't care if she's shy.

"Your turn Harry." she says quickly, noticing that i'm getting closer.

"When was the last time you kissed someone?"

"Why are your questions so embarrassing?" her cheeks almost bright red now.

"I just want to know Miranda." I whispered as I step forward.

"Fine." she looks away for a second and then back at me. She takes a deep breath and say. "I've never kissed anyone before."

"Never? Your lying." Her lips were so pink and plump. Those are the lips of a kisser.

"No, I don't think guys like me enough to kiss me." That's totally a big lie. I heard a bunch of guys talking about how they would actually want to hook up with her. I hated when they said that though, I want her to be mine, and no one else's.

"I want to kiss you so bad Miranda. Ever since the 7th grade." I lean closer to her. My lips inches away from hers.

"Really?" Her eyes were on my lips. "I don't even know how to kiss." she says blushing.

"It's okay. i'll teach you." My breath was getting heavier now just thinking about kissing Miranda, the girl I have loved since forever.

"Umm."

"We don't have to it's okay." I said even though I wanted to so very badly to kiss her. I didn't want to push her, it's her body.

"Trust me I want to. Your like super hot." she bites her lips. "I can't believe I just said that out loud." Her cheeks turning a slight red.

The girls I loved wants to kiss me, plus she thinks i'm hot. Im the happiest man alive right now.

"Your hot too." I say, we both start to laugh.

When our laugh subsides, time slows down. It feels like Miranda and i were the only two people on the earth right this second.

"You sure?" I asked, she nods her head slowly.

We were actually going to kiss after all those years of me wishing and dreaming of this very moment.

I lean down a bit and...

DING DONG. THUD. THUD. THUD. DING DONG.

Really. Now? When i'm about to kiss the girl of my dreams. Ugh i officialy hate parties.
