"Sooooo how long have you been up?" Kyotani sarcastically says. "Hmmmmmm how long ago was 9-" u reply he rolled his eyes and started to turn around "-A.M." He whips around "YOU DIDN'T SLEEP AT ALL!" "nope" you reply with a smirk. He hits you in the head and walks away mumbling, "Goddamnit what am I going to do with you" you get up and stretch laughing. You see the time and real quick get ready for school.

You real quick run out the door with Kyotani not having time to eat till he throws a breakfast bar at you. He sighs, "again what am I going to do with you." You quickly thank him and keep running to school.
-Time skip to lunch-
Shi's POV
I was walking to the cafeteria later than usual because my dumb english teacher decided to make me stay after class and talk and help her with papers since I slept in class. My stomach was growling so I was excited for lunch but in an even worse mood than usual. Grumbling through the halls I finally go to my locker to get my money, when someone grabs my wrists and drags me to the bathroom nearby by the time they let go I was slapped in the face. It didn't even phase me, I punch them in the nose just enough to make it bleed not to break or fracture anything. When someone suddenly comes in and screams for a teacher. I sit down knowing what's about to happen. Suddenly my english teacher and the VP came in. "Shi. office. now." The VP said. I smirk and salute "yes sir torturer" I say and slowly walk towards the cafeteria slamming the door open, all eyes were on me. I scanned the room looking for a certain pair of cold, gold eyes like mine. Then I see them and we both have a conversation with our eyes. He suddenly broke eye contact and sighed waving you off as the team knew what was happening seeing this happen many times before unlike everyone else in the cafeteria not knowing what was going on. I turned and headed towards the office.
-Time skip to arriving at the office-
I'm waiting in the office for what seems like forever like always until I'm finally called in. "Mrs.-" the secretary started but you cut her off, "cut the "mrs" crap just say Shi" I rolled your eyes and she sighed. "Shi the VP will see you now" "Aight" I say and jump up and walk into the VP's office putting on your glare. "Shi." he said bluntly "Yes" I say boredly "Stop with the attitude I made a promise to yours and Kyo's parents that I would look over you guys and keep you out of trouble" I flinched at the mention of my parents they had died while me and Kyo were 9.
-Flashback-
"Mom, Dad I have a game today, can you guys come watch!" Tiny Shi jumped around happily. "We have to go to work and check in but after that will hurry to your game. Ok?" Yukio said(Kyo and Shi's dad) "Ok!" Shi yelled again.
-Timeskip to before the game-
Shi's POV
I was pacing back and forth the game starts in 5 minutes and there not here yet Kyo couldn't come since he has a game to but he was coming afterwards. As I'm pacing I hear captain say we need to head onto the court. I took a deep breath and decided they were just running late and would come in during the game but they never did. After the game I sat outside the gym waiting for Mom or Dad or Kyo when suddenly I saw Kyo running towards me crying. All I could think was that he lost his game so I hugged him and said it was ok and that there was always next year he pushed me away immediately, I stood there confused. "D-did no o-one t-t-tell y-you?" he stuttered, still crying. "Tell me what?" I asked. Apparently he didn't lose? "M-mom and D-dad they-" "yea they never made it to my game I already know that." "SHUT UP!" He yelled. "I'm sorry" He said "Mom and Dad," he started. "T-they got in a c-car c-crash"he finished. I stood there a minute and screamed, "Oh No! We have to go see them. What hospital are they in?" I started walking, pulling my brother. He slapped my hand and looked down "N-no they- They d-didn't m-make it, Shi we are alone now" those words made you stop, your whole world stopped. "gone...alone" He immediately engulfed you in a hug that night you didn't go home you two stayed up all night outside you didn't go to school for a few months and talked to no one. You stopped playing volleyball. You remember thinking 'We really are alone'. Until one day your uncle came to the house to pick you up. The school had called the police and the police called your uncle. His exact words were, "I promised I would look over you guys and keep you out of trouble." Those words are always on your mind and that's when you and Kyo started to rebel and your anger issues revealed themselves. Shi started sneaking out every night until she got in a fight with a biker gang. Shi happened to be mad and knocked the leader unconscious making her the new leader.
