Think of it as choosing a topic for a middle school debate club that's valid, but scratch the "Valid" part since there is no such thing as a unvalid conflict topic on the internet.
Another way to start a war is to just start a revolution against something or someone, whether for a reason or for no reason. Whether it'd be trying to overthrow the owner of the discord server for fun or just trying to conquer one channel, it's up to you.
The third option is to just try and conquer everything, and wait for some people to come and try to stop you.
The final option is to just wait for a conflict to appear naturally, which surprisingly isn't rare at all.
Basically, there are a lot of ways to start a war, It could happen naturally, or you could just be the one that starts the chaos.
