Poison Ivy

(EXTRA) Before You Start...

Hi! This isn't my first book I've ever written so I think I know what I'm doing this time.

I had a really good book idea so I thought I would write it. But then I realized that there r a bunch of books named poison Ivy so idk if this book is gonna go far.

A little bit about her siblings!

Athena: shes 24 years old. She works a 9:00am-5:00pm job at an office for a hotel company.

Jackson: hes 18 years old. Jackson is a senior at Winterville High School. He works at a restaurant as a waiter.

Kitty: she's 17 years old. Kitty is a Junior at Winterville High School. Kitty does not have a job because she always gets fired for messing around so she just gave up.

Ivy: IVY THE MAIN CHARACTER AJDKDHCINDKS...anyway she's 16 and like I said nobody knows she exists. U might be confused. Basically Ivy has powers. She has 3 powers in total. Ivy was born at home away from the city because her mom knew they would take Ivy away from the family. Her mom died when she was giving birth to Ivy. So her dad kept Ivy away from everyone (except the siblings) and the family kept her secret. Her mom and dad knew that Ivy was special ever since she was glowing in her moms stomach. (While Ivy was in the womb she glowed and thats when the parents knew she was different cause what baby glows?)

1. Ivy's first power is the power of controlling nature. She can talk to animals, and grow plants instantly. Sometimes Poison Ivy vines would appear out of no where when she was a newborn so thats why her dad named her Ivy.

2. Ivy's second power is singing. Its not normal singing of course. She can make people fall for her voice and do anything for her. Like not fall romantically. Sometimes its in a platonic way but it really depends on her intentions ;') FOR EXAMPLE: if she wants the last piece of cake out of all her siblings she'll just sing, and then BOOM! She takes the cake and runs away cause when she stops singing they'll snap out of it and chase her. The longest she's ever sung for was for 5 hours when she was training

(Her dad trains her so she has control over her powers. When Ivy was little she couldn't control the animals coming into her house and plants growing so her house practically looked like a jungle)

3: she can talk to the dead. Ever since Ivy was a baby the people of the dead would help around with her since they knew Ivy was the only living being that could talk to the dead. Some ghosts would sing a song for her when she cried. But of course only she could hear. She basically grew up with a bunch of people in the house because the ghosts would come and talk with her when she was 5. She also made a friend who is 21 named Vera and a friend named Lillian who is 14. Vera died in a car crash. And Lillian killed herself but never told Ivy why which she wouldn't pry the answer for. Ivy can only see ghosts when she's alone. So when she feels lonely she would call Lillian and Vera in her mind and they would show up. She cannot talk to her mother though. She tried asking so many ghosts but they all said they never seen Ivy's mother. By the way only ghosts that died in the area she's in can been seen by her. Vera and Lillian both died in this Neighbourhood.

Ivy is very dangerous.

So thats why nobody knows about her.

But her dad promised when she's 16 she can go to school like her siblings! So when she turned 16 on Feb 14, She asked her dad. And her dad said yes. But they had to do a little more training to be prepared and she had to work on her social skills since she never talked to people.

Ivy went outside a couple times in her life to go to the park. So she's been outside but she goes outside only at night. She's never been outside during day because there might be a chance of someone seeing her.
