She starts her shift and helps Namjoon with ushering the guests in. She struts about in her dress, wearing it with pride. She is implying her first shift with her own setting so she is excited. If all goes well, she might be able to catch a glimpse of the show. She met the 4 main artists on the show, and is very curious. She did see JK and Jimin dance already. She is mid service when a soulful, low voice fills the hall. She peeks at the stage and V is standing there, holding the standing mic and is shirtless with a suspended pants and bonnet. She can see his collarbones and neck muscles shaping perfectly to his shoulder. His eyes look very lazy and his lips graze the mic's head slightly with every soulful note he pronounces. She soon realizes she is on the job and starts working again. But her soul is getting filled with V's voice.
"A boy in luv, 2 love mazes, 2 magic shop aaaaannddd" she is recollecting "A black swan please Jinnie!" And she is smiling happily. He nods and starts working. She is leaning on the bar on her hands and staring dreamy at how Jin's gorgeous jaw seems to clench when he throws the cocktail shaker up. She giggles softly. "So someone as experienced as you still gets nervous sometimes too?" "What was that?" He asks and stares back at her. She presses her lips together. "Nothing." She grabs the drinks and runs off again. Jin smirks slightly and shakes his head, focusing on his craft again. The night goes smoothly and Aria occasionally catches glimpses of the show. On thing is dangerous doing that. She could get sucked into the performance, which would result in her slacking on the job. But she can't help it. Her feet tap the floor at hearing the beats and seeing how they are dancing in perfect synchronization. She often is found in a silent moment trying to mimic the moves. After the peformance, she is sweeping the floor in the hall and cleaning up. She is softly humming the songs and holds the broom as a standing mic, mimicking V. Jin is downstairs in the basement so she is alone. She thinks. Above the stage is a one way window.
She looks around once more and climbs on the stage. She dances and is lost in the music she is humming. Suddenly hands grab her waist. She is startled and tries to turn her head, but feels a pulling on her waist, as in being forced to sway. A head leans on her shoulder. "You dance quite well for a waitress..." She recognizes the voice as being Hobi's. "I'm far from good... Not unlike you..." She puts her hands on his and opens them to be released from his grip. She nods and makes her way off the stage, but he grabs her wrist and pulls her into his arms. "Didn't I mention that that edge means you are under my supervision now?" And he points at the edge of the stage. "You crossed the line yourself. Now take responsibility." His voice is a low, husky whisper as he spins her around. She recognizes the dance style and participates in it. "Look at you, being able to do some swing." He spins her and throws her and pulls her back to him. "Not bad, for a novice..." "I-I don't do anything... it's because of your lead..." She blushes and tries to not look into his eyes. He clicks his tongue and forces her to look at him. "Part of this dance is to entice the other. So do it proper, will you?" She nods and he finishes by leaning her backwards, bending over her. Their faces are really close to each other and their eyes are glued on the other. His warm hand is supporting her side and she feels something she never felt before. "Trust." He says and pulls her back up, letting her go. "Trust is important in dance. Trust in your partner, in your team, in your skills. Confidence is based on trust." He bows down and turns back away.
Jin calls out to her. "Hey you! Enough with the dirty dancing, get on with your work!" And she climbs hurriedly down from the stage, but smiles at the memories made on it. She didn't know what she started that moment. But the stage became more and more loud from that day on. Loudly calling out to her, that is.
At home, she is not spending her money on clothes, but on CD's and music. She is dancing around in her free time and singing. Even on the street with her walk-man she is practicing the moves and following the rhythm. In the evening she is serving with ease and in mean time stealing with her eyes. Jin puts a drink on her platter. She looks surprised. "This isn't an order from me." Jin smirks. "It isn't. It is an order for the VIP section." She looks at the champagne and how a tear of condensation drips down the glass. "Go hurry up. Take the stairs to Namjoon's office." She nods and grabs the drink and takes it up, thinking it is for Namjoon. She knocks the door and enters. Namjoon looks up from his documents and smirks. "I didn't order anything, deary." She is confused. "But Jin said to take it upstairs." "To the VIP room. it's the door next to mine, deary. Although sweet of you to think of me like that. You can always offer me a drink too, sweetie." And he winks a playboy wink at her. She flushes and quickly makes way to the VIP room. She knocks the door and it gets opened by a huge guy. "Yeah?" He says and she is shaking in her shoes. "Wonho, it's fine, let her in." A voice from inside resounds. It sounds lispy and slightly tired. She enters the VIP room.
