Chapter 5

*Emory's Pov*
I was getting ready to see Kendrick, so I put my phone on pandora and Ciara's song "Never ever."came through the speakers. I took a shower then realized that the steam made my hair a mess, so I flat ironed it into a bob and put a sparkly head band from icing on it. I never wear makeup so I just put on some lipgloss and a little eye shadow. Then I found a black glitter skirt to go with my headband and a hot pink shirt with a black bow on the front. I wore some tights and my UGG's then I sprayed some of my bath and body works "Sweet Pea" perfume and I was ready to go. "Aww don't you look so cute!" My mom said "Thanks mom, I'm just going to meet Kendrick at the Waffle House I will call you when I leave." I said "Okay sweet pea! Tell Kendrick that he can come over any time! That boy is so sweet." My mom said (if only she knew) "Okay mom. I love you, bye!" I said and jumped in my car. As I drove to the Waffle House I felt pain in my stomach but ignored it. I pulled up to see Kendrick there at a table by his self. "Hey stranger." I said "Sup lil mama, what do you wanna talk about." He said frowning "First off happy 9 month anniversary!" I said "Ain't no anniversary if we ain't together." He said and I got up and walked over to his side of the table. I whispered in his ear and said "Its been a while." He looked at me with the sweetest look on his face and said "Maybe for you and me but not for you and him. But if that's what you want then let's go." I was shocked "First of all I didn't come here for that! I was just trying to smooth things over with your mean behind!" I yelled "You said that you wanted to talk so TALK!" He yelled back "I just want us to get back to us...." I said and then got up and walked away. I got in my car and laid my head down on the steering wheel and cried until I had no more tears. Then, I felt the strange pain in my stomach again and I started to feel nauseous so I opened the door and puked all over the ground.
