"every one please go to the stands and wait until the first match has been chosen" hiruzen said as everyone goes up to the stands.

"will Naruto uzumaki and Kiba Inuzuka come down" as he said that Kiba jumped down while saying. "this is great I fe tto fight the dead last it'll be an easy win for me" Naruto then appeared in front of him shocking all the jonin and Chunin except kakashi and fuji. "I don't think so dog breath I've gotten alot stronger" "ha I doubt that dealast now lets do this." Kiba and Naruto turn to the Procter waiting for his signal. "alright Naruto uzumaki against Kiba Inuzuka, HAJIME" at that they were standing there waiting for one of the 2 to make the first move as Kiba had now gotten tired of waiting and rushed in while telling akamaru to stay out of the fight because he didn't need him to defray the so called 'deadlast' of their year. Kiba threw a sloppy punch at Naruto which Naruto had dodged and he kept attacking quickly without rest he thought was moving too fast for Naruto to find a chance to counter attack but Naruto was just trying to understand his taijutsu style. 'it's so full of openings I thought the Inuzuka were supposed to be taijutsu specialists. No matter I think it's time to show everyone how much I've gotten stronger.'
Up jn the stands kurrenai, kiba's jonin sensei was watching and she was underestimating Naruto thinking he was inferior to Kiba as she turned to the one eyed jonin beside her and said. "I'm sorry kakashi but Naruto has already lost Kiba is my best student his taijutsu is amazing for a Genin and he's been training himself into the ground."."well that's where your wrong kurrenai Naruto in my opinion is the strongest of the graduating class this year in only 3 months his jutsu arsenal has tripled and his mental abitlty had gotten much better including his taijutsu he has 5 chakra natures, wind, fire, lightning, water, and a kekkei genkai the storm release he's learned my jutsu the chidori granted it was a storm release version since he didn't have a dojutsu but he's making it his own it's gotten almost as strong as the original chidori that I use his sensory is amazing considering he's an uzumaki he has kage level chakra reserves and amazing chakra control he has the shi na bokisha and the kubikiriboko swords at his disposal and he has a natural resistance to poison and genjutsu he also has a healing factor and is a level 9 seal master so all in all I think he's mid Chunin level and I don't think Kiba will be able to handle Naruto, Naruto is toying with Kiba understanding his fighting style and finding holes in his defences any moment now Naruto will show Kiba how powerful he really is." at this everyone jonin listening to the conversation was shocked to hear how powerful Naruto become in only 6 to 7 months it scared them someone was able to progress so far so fast.
Naruto now had deuces Kiba's entire fighting style and now he was ready to counter. Kiba threw a kick to Naruto's jaw but Naruto ducked under and moved into his guard and delivered a swift jab to kiba's knee which dropped the boy to the ground but Kiba got up and continued fighting. Kiba then lunged at Naruto while throwing a right hook which Naruto moved his head backwards and then sent a side kick into kiba's ribs making. Them crack. 'what I didn't know he got this strong in just a few months what the hell is this' Kiba then falls to the ground feeling alot of pain jn his ribs he gets back up and signals akamaru to help him. "I'M GONNA EVD THIS RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW DEAD LAST" kida jumps into the air with akamaru and Kiba screamed out. "FANG OVER FANG" Kiba and akamaru started spinning in the air turning into powerful turret and Kiba and akamaru start to Hone in on Naruto but what they didn't expect was for Naruto to weave a few hand seals BIRD DOG DRAGON RAT DOG OX DRAGON BIRD - "WIND STYLE DEVASTATION" as naruto says this he fills his lungs with air and shoots the air out of his mouth with the air turning into a destructive force of wind that slammed into kiba and akamaru launching them into the wall behind them naruto then pulls out his shi na bokisha and in a flash appears infront of kiba with his katana to the inuzuka's neck. "surrender kiba or ill slit your throat" kiba then laughs saying. " you dont have the guts to do it" naruto then pushes the katana deeper into kiba throat drawing blood from the boy. naruto you forgot one thing..." "and whats that?" "im not a one man show" behind naruto appeared akamaru who was about to pounce on naruto but the second akamaru connected with naruto, naruto poofed out of existence and then akamaru was suddenly blasted away as out of no where naruto landed infront of kiba "you see kiba im not as dumb as i used to be im not a deadlast anymore ive had 20 of my clones hiding in the shadows ready for an attack but i saw the thing with akamaru coming but right now i have you surrounded by my clones each of them has a jutsu or kunai ready to be thrown right into into your skull the second you move so the choice is your either you surrender and you and akamaru get out this unharmed or you and akamaru leave this arena on stretchers...so whats it gonna be dog breath?" silence filled the air as 20 clones of naruto appeared out of no where and kiba was now weighing his options he then quickly put his arms up in defeat. " i give up" the procter then anouced naruto as the winner but naruto then helled out a hand for kiba saying " im glad you didnt pick the hard option i wouldnt wanna hurt akamaru but anyways how about we be friends huh" kiba ooked at naruto in shock for a momment but then smiled quickly "yeah sure" as kiba took naruto's hand naruto took kiba to the medical area beside the arena to make sure he wasnt too badly hurt naruto then got out of the medical area and went up the stairs but when he got up there he was tackled by ino "CONGRATS NARUTO YOU DID IT THAT WAS SO COOL" but she was then cut off by sakura saying. "THATS NOTHING IF NARUTO CAN DO THA SO CAN SASUKE" and so the rest of the fights continued .

hayate the Procter of the preliminaries then went onto the stage while saying. "now that we have our winners we have an announcement , since we have an odd number we will be disqualifying ino yamanaka from the exams." naruto who was standing beside ino at the time looked to her and saw her start to tear up so he pulled her into a hug trying to comfort her saying "hey hey ino c'mon don't be sad there's still a chance they pick you to be promoted since they look at performance and not who wins even though that does make a more lasting impression." ino then wrapped her arms naruto crying a bit more but she then steeled her nerves. "thanks naruto".
hayate then continued saying ."now we will be drawing lots there will be a box passed around each of you will choose a number" a box was then given to gara who took a number and passed it around . once everyone had their number hayate told them to state their numbers .

"now you all have one month till the final stage of the exam is held since you all saw each other's abilities im sure you would like to surprise your oponnents in the finals i wish you all the best of luck on these exams." the third hokage said as he dissmissed everyone there.
