The Silent Joker- Chapter 2 Part 1

Valentine POV

Birds chirping they're little lungs out. They just chirp and chirp and chirp, until finally I yelled "Ok that's it." and I threw myself off the bed and towards the window, opening it I screamed " GO BIRDS BE HAPPY SOMEWHERE ELSE I'M TIRED!"

They flew like an eagle was after them, trying to eat them. I heard a chuckling noise at my door and my head snapped towards it, "You know once upon a time, we were all morning people-" I snorted "Yeah, until high school hit" A loud laugh was let out by Indigo. "Yup, you're kind of right."

"RISE AND SHINE SLEEPING BEAUTIES, TIME TO GO TO HUMAN TERRITORY!" Austen screamed, or may I say screeched like a crazed banshee who hasn't eaten for days.

"Not one ounce of peace and quiet!" I said

"Pfftt, c'mon buttcheeks this is the packhouse, and I'm Austen, so I don't do quiet."

"Rewind, what did you call me" "Ummm, buttcheeks?"

"Right."

"Why, what's wron- ADIOS!"

I quickly ran after Austen.

"WAIT! VALENTINE BE RATIONAL!" Indigo had yelled to me.

"SCREW RATIONAL!"

And Austen well Austen was just screaming.

We ran all around the packhouse, until we reached the KITCHEN.

Now I know what you're thinking, what could possibly be wrong in the kitchen?

Well my mom. Now people think I'm a scary person because of my dad, because frankly they like to call him the Hulk, but I actually get my scariness from my mom.

I saw we were nearing the kitchen door and that's when I skidded to a stop, but Austen kept going, because she knew I couldn't harm her in there "Oh that sneaky little shit" I muttered.

"MRS.RYDER! VALENTINE SHE WANTS TO KILL ME! PLEASE HELP ME!"

"Austen, please calm down, Valentine knows she can't do anything in here."

"What? Oh yeah, you're right Mrs.Ryder"

"Yeah Valentine can't do shit in here cause she's a little pùssy"

I heard a little smack at that being said, by Lane the Sarcastic one.

"OWW! MOM!"

"Manners Lane, haven't I taught you them"

I came in when Mrs.Crown had said that and said "Yeah Lane manners"

After that I sent a little glare to Austen and walked towards the fridge, I opened the fridge door and took out a carton of milk, and drank from it. Until I felt a smack to my head and spit it all out.

"HEYYY!"

"Manners!" My mom had said

"Yeah manners Valentine" Lane had said with a wink.

"Pfftt, I don't think any of you even have manners" The innocent one Coral said.

Ignacio my brother had laughed a big laugh, and when he did everyone of us smirked, except for Coral she just looked downright confused, here's a little secret if you haven't figured it out by now... IGNACIO HAD A CRUSH.

We all stopped once we heard a booming voice yell out "MORNING" and five booming steps to follow and at that we all straightened up except for our mothers. The Alpha, Beta, and my dad, the Third in command, with the Head of the Warriors and the Head of the Trackers, all our best friends or our own father.

We all replied with a morning, and they're mates walked up giving them a little smooch and a hug. We all were grossed out. And that's when Austen said "Don't forget the condoms you don't need other monsters terrorizing you."

"You mean like you?" Lane said.

We all snickered when Lane said that.

"Anyways, hope you're all packed up and ready to go, because tomorrow your starting High school, in the human territory!" The Alpha had said.

"Of course, Alpha" Ignacio, had replied.

"Well good, cause your setting sail right about NOW!" the Beta, Austen's father said.

At that we all ran up the stairs, to actually pack.

Once we finished, we all took our own cars and were getting ready to leave once all the goodbyes were done, until Austen came in my car.

"Oi what are you doing in here?!"

"Sitting in your car?"

"GET OUT!"

"Valentine." My mom said with a raise of her eyebrows. "Fine" I said with a look of defeat.

"TALLYHO! WE GO!" Austen said.

I rolled my eyes, and with a shake of my head started my Corvette Stingray Coupe 1974 that's cherry red, (I consider Rumble to be my mate, Rumble is the car), and headed to human territory.

And just like that my wolf had said something which made me excited and worried that it would be a distraction. "Mate is close."

Yay, it's Sunday, ok so let's talk business first, I already posted my updating schedule. and yup

This is also a filler chapter to get to know the characters, Valentine's mate POV will be after they arrive in the "human territory"

And what do you personally think of Austen I consider her to be my favorite character, because she's kind of like me when I'm with my friends *wink wink*
