I was riding to Myles house on my skateboard. As I said, I was there in 5 minutes.
I threw my skateboard on his lawn and walk straight in. "Myles..?" I call out.
Myles pov;
I heard my front door open then I heard Lilly's sweet voice call out for me.
I ran down the stairs expecting to see my happy, smiling girl. Instead, she was sitting on my couch with her head buried in her hands and she was crying.
I went over to her and lifted her chin, only to notice a bruise on the side of her face.
"Baby..." I say slowly stroking it, she flinched a little, "no, no princess.. I promise I would never hurt you"
My eyes scanned on to her arms to only notice deep, red cuts. My eyes started to water, "lilly, how long has this been going on?
"Quite a while Myles... I-I wanted to tell you but I was scared.
"Vent to me princess."
