«40» A day off

❦︎𝙼𝚘𝚗𝚘'𝚜 𝙿𝙾𝚅❦︎

I woke up while yawning and saw Y/N sleeping like a cute baby. I quietly giggled and got out of the bed quickly, I looked at the teddy bear that I gave her and gently grabbed it and put beside Y/N.

As I put it to the side, she immediately took the bear and cuddle it. "You sure are lucky.." I whispered and sighed. I went to the kitchen and made us some breakfast, today's menu is going to be pancakes, I said to myself.

I went to the cabinet and grabbed the materials for my cook, I went to the fridge and was.... Disappointed, I realized we don't have pancake mix and milk.

I checked the time and it was 5:30 in the morning, I thought to myself, since it was still our day off, I decided to go shopping for a bit.... In a normal way...

Since that incident, the Doctor and the Teacher warned me not to use my powers for three days, otherwise it will damage it. This is the third and last day of me not using my powers, I decided to follow what they've said.

I grabbed my bag and weapon carefully yet quietly so that Y/N will continue her beauty sleep... I looked at Y/N one last time and head out.

I walked through the streets and enjoyed the breeze of a beautiful morning, I looked at my weapon and it was an axe... I still remember those ghastly memories of HER but shook it off...

Finally I arrived at the abandoned market and went in there carefully, I was lucky enough that there were no viewers in sight and also found freshly milk and pancake mix... I was happy and relieved that I found them that easily...

I quickly took them and ran out of the market.. I was about to go straight home when I stumble upon an abandon flower shop and saw beautiful fresh cut flowers, blooming into the sunlight and filled the air with its fragrance...

I decided to get a bit fancy and took some roses and put them into the bag... I arrived home and quietly closed the door on the way in... As I closed the door, I heard an "Ahem" behind me...

I slowly looked behind me and saw Y/N looking at me with a grumpy look... "Where have you been young man?" She said while crossing her arms... "I thought you were still sleeping..." As I put the bag in the counter...

"Yeah while I woke up with the teddy beside me" She walked towards me and kissed me, she saw the bag filled with roses and smirked, "Since when did you became a good cop?" She hugged me, " I thought I was"

I pecked her forehead and gently caressed her soft cheeks, "Your still are, just having a good day.."

I went to the kitchen and prepared breakfast. Me and Y/N talked and talked until we finished our breakfast. After that we just stayed home and rest through the day...
