I come back from work to see..

Selever, crying on the bed. In a bundle of blankets.

"Hey hey, what's wrong babe?" I ask him

"Sniff sniff i-it's just the thunder. T-That's al!" He answers

He knows how much I hate it when he lies about his emotions.

I come up to him and kiss him, cuddle, & snuggle him.
While saying-

"Shhhhhhhhh babe.. It's going to be okay."

BANG

"GAHH!" Selever screams

He buries himself deep underneath his covers and starts whimpering.

"Babe.. I'll fight off that lightning if it's irritating you." I respond

"N-No! sniff I-I'll be fine! Trust me honey-bear! heh.." He answers

I peck at his forehead and give him cuddles.

"I-I'm fine! Go and finish up your work sweetheart!" Selever says

He collapses on top of me, letting me play with his hair. It usually calms him down along with me. He'd do the same with my hair as well.
