Kates Pov ~week 2 month 1~

It is now Wednesday Tai is in New Orleans visiting family Daniel and Liz both have marketing meetings leaving me left with one person to call not like it was a bad decision but doing this would cause me to do a lot of explaining

"Hey Cameron wanna come over?" I talked into my jelly bean shapes stationary home phone

"Hm I dont know I kinda have more important things to do..." he trailed off

Causing me to roll my eyes at his stupidity

"I could hear you rolling your eyes at my stupidity" he chuckled Into the phone

"You cant give me another abbreviated name when I already have one" I laughed

"See and here I was thinking your real name was kate" he laughed and hung up the phone

"Hey" he said walking in my apartment and setting down his keys on the coffee table "so are you ready to explain?"

"Fine...My real name is Kathryn but I go by Kate I grew up in Alabama my favorite color is grey and or ultra violet im Italian I play the violin I draw a little" I said gesturing to the home made paintings hung around my home

"Do you have any siblings?" He asked making me wonder weather to tell him

"Siblings?......no" I lied pursing my lips together

I could tell that he saw right through my lie but being him he didnt push it any further

"Cameron....I have to lie to you because I need to protect myself not because I want to lie to you" I sighed moving to sit next to him
