I'm fine Colby, just a few scratches. Thanks for helping me. I say.

I'll always help you Candy. How long has this been going on? He asks.

About a year ago. Ever since I told him I want to wait until marriage he's been forcing me to do things I don't want to do. Every time I say no, he hits me or he'll gather his friends and hold me down like what happened today. I said while crying

Its okay Candy. But why do you keep letting him do this? Your better than this! You can do better than him. You shouldn't be treated like this. You're worth more. He said while he sat next to me and stroked my hair.

I know, but I don't want to ruin his reputation. I mean he can be kinda rude, but I still don't want to ruin his career for the rest of his life. I said

But, why Candy? Why would you let him hurt you so much? Just so you won't mess up his career? This doesn't make any sense. I'm not buying this Candy. What is the real reason you don't want to tell anybody? Is he threatening you?

No he's not threatening me. Well not my life at least. Okay, the real reason why is because deep down in my heart I still believe he can change. I still believe the Cameron that I met a year ago is still there. I can't give up on him.

Candy, Do you really believe he can change? I mean look at his actions Candy. He's been hurting you for so long. Maybe he's finally showing his true colors. I know everybody deserves a second chance, but I think he's had enough chances. I don't want you to get hurt more than you already are. He said.

I know you don't want me to get hurt, but just trust me Colby. I know what I'm doing, if he keeps doing it, I'll end it. But for now, I just have to keep trying. I said

Fine. But I have to tell Joe, he has the right to know. After all he is your uncle. He said

No! I yell. You can't!

Why not? He asked

If you tell Joe, he'll get very angry. You know how he is, you're around him almost everyday. He's my favorite uncle, but he's really protective of me because I'm his favorite niece. If he hears that Cameron is hurting me, he might kill him.

Oh yeah, Samoan temper. Fine, I won't tell Joe. He said with a concerned look on his face.

Okay. But let me get my bags from my car. He said while getting up.
