Ashley and I hung out every day. It was so much having someone to talk to so I didn't feel left out. Being the new kid to a school. To a city or town. It was always kinda hard. We would meet up at lunch at recess. It was great. I had a friend. I usually don't get a new friend on the first day somewhere new.

So we talked about our family. About our selves. About the likes and hates. It was so much fun getting to know her!!!

I found out where she lived and she lived near the school. So we would meet up there sometimes. I told her where I lived had she said that there was an old school near there we could hang out by. So we would go back and forth. We still do sometimes. Although.

I was finally going to introduce her to the family cause my step-mom kept bugging me on when I was going to introduce my new friend from school.

"Okay fine, you guys can meet her but dont be weird." I say in a serious tone but also in a joking matter. "Wait, Danielle, whats today?" I ask forgetfully

I had been caught up in school and talking to Ashley and hanging with her all the time I lost track on what day it was. Gesh... Time flys by when you got a friend. I thought to myself.

"It is..... Thursday!" she hollers from the kitchen to look at the calender.

Dam!!! Already? Thinking again,to myself.

Mom's walks in breaking my train of thought while I was thinking of other stuff on my mind while looking at my phone

"Well? When do we get to meet her Alice"? asking while getting a little angry at me because I kind of zoned out for a minute.

"Tomorrow. Tomorrow's Friday and you can meet her then and if you like her then maybe she can spend the night." I say while my voice getting a little cheerfully.

Hopefully she would go along with it. Crossin my fingers!!!

"I'll talk to Robert and see Alice, but we would work that out." Danielle reponded.
"Deal?" she asks with her hand sticking out wanting me to shake it.
"Deal." I say with a smile on my face.
