HARVEY

I felt safe in Alec's arms , I felt like nothing else was going on around us , I felt free . I still had to explain the whole ' I had a baby that disappeared ' story , which made me nervous . I had only ever told Jocelyn and Jace about this , I felt as if I told anyone else , that they wouldn't believe me , I mean why would you ? I was 17 and getting drunk at a party. I sometimes regretted going to that party , but it was a party so why wouldn't you , when he was born he laughed and smiled when he looked at me , the father left before I could even tell him about the baby , Jace love kids when we were younger and treated him as if he was his own . Me and Jace were nothing more than two kids who had a baby brought into their lives , we were just friends , then my sunshine got taken away , I had nothing to live for , I was broken.

We arrived back at the institute , Simon had gone home , so it was just the 5 of us , Izzy had gone off organizing new outfits in her room and Clary and Jace went to do some training , which left me and Alec alone , I looked down at my phone and saw the time , "Come on lets go do something " I said as we walked towards my room . I got out some black pyjamas . Alec lay on my bed looking at my phone.

"Its amazing how technology has grown , like how do they put so much stuff into a little thing called a phone " Alec joked as he turned to face me wearing nothing but my bottoms , I turned around to look at him as I took my bra off and put my shirt on , I sat next to him , putting his head into my lap and playing with his hair.

"You know I love you right?" I said "But you ask such weird things ."

We both laughed as I kissed him. "was Harvey your son?" I heard him say .

"Yes" I said , " he was my little sunshine , he smiled at everyone he met and saw "

"Who was the dad?"

"some boy from high school parties , I was drunk ."

"We will get him back , I promise ." Alec said , messing about with my fingers , and kissed my hand ."How old will he be this year?"

"he will be three "

Alec pulled his arm out checking his watch," come on, its late , lets go to sleep "

I nodded as he stood up taking his clothes off but keeping his boxers on , he climbed back into bed and pulled me close to him to keep me warm . "Goodnight my little gnome"

"Good night " I say , kissing him .

"You taste like noodles and pineapple" he said letting out a little chuckle and kissing me back .
