After dinner my mom started talking to me saying that Brady was such a gentleman and how she thought he was this great guy. Was she saying that I should like him or something?? I also started talking to Mrs. Quinn (her name is Jodi) and she was really nice, I was interrupted by I hand on my shoulder. I looked up to see Brady standing there.
“Nora, would you like to go for a walk with me?” He asked making me speechless.
“ah, Yeah, sure” I said hoping I didn’t sound stupid!
“ So how long have you been coming up here?” He asked.
“For like forever! My mom and dad have always had a house up here, and its my second home, I could live here! What about you?”
“For awhile now, but I just started working at Blue Jay (gas) for something to do.” He said, I tried not to look at him a lot but it was hard, he was really gorgeous!
“ Oh cool” I said not sure what to say, but then I tripped and fell over a tree stump, wow im having an off day! To my surprise he caught me again.
“It seems like all that I have been doing is catching you” he said teasingly.
“Sorry I don’t know what’s up with me today!” I said, blushing, again
“I didn’t say I didn’t like it” he said with that signature smile of his.
“Ah we should be getting back the sun is setting.” I said
“Oh yeah, but I think I might have to carry you cause if I don’t you might end up with a broken leg or something!” He said. That sentence had me speechless, what do I say?? I mean of course I want him to carry me but still…
“ Ah no that’s fine I can handle it” I said
“Are you positive?”
“Yeah, no problem.”
We talked and laughed the whole way back to the house, I was having a great time, he was so sweet.

“Bye!” “Oh it was great to see you guys we will do this again!” I herd my mom and dad saying
“Hey Nora,” I turned around to see Brady standing right behind me “I was wondering if you would like to hang out tomorrow, maybe come over to my house, we could hang out?” He asked me
“Yeah that would be cool” I said
“ Ok I’ll pick you up around 11 tomorrow” He said coming over and giving me a kiss on the cheek. I was stunned! My night could have gotten any better!

“Hey mom, Brady is going to be here around 11 and we are going to hang out for the day, is that ok?”
“Sure sweetie that’s fine! I’m glad you two are getting along!”
Great now I just have to get ready. But the thing about up here is you don’t get to dressed up so I just threw on a pair of short ripped jean shorts and just a v-neck tee. I had butterfly’s in my stomach already!
“Nora, Brady is here” My mom yelled
“Alright mom I will see ya later!”
“Hey!” He said giving me a huge bear hug
“Haha Hey Brady” I said
“So what do you want to do today?” He asked me while starting up the boat
“Whatever! You look like you have an Idea though” I said
“Haha yes actually I do” he said with a smirk
“I thought we could hang, and I want to show you something I found”
“Sounds good to me!”
“Hey mom im back” Brady yelled when we got to there house
“Hi hun, oh hi Nora” Jodi said giving me a hug
“We are just going to go up to the clearing be back in a bit ok” Brady said while taking my hand and leading me out of the house.
“So where are we going?” I asked him, personally I didn’t care where we were going as long as I was with him I was fine.
“Ok were almost there, now put this bandana on your eyes” Brady said. He must have seen the confused look on my face so he explained a little more
“Haha I want you to put this on so you can be surprised when we get there! Duh!” He said teasingly, wow how he made my heart melt!
“Ha ok I will put it on but how am I going to walk with out seeing, I mean you saw how I was yesterday when I could see!” I said
“ Don’t worry I will take your hands” He said reassuringly.
