“Sounds good to me!”

“Hey mom im back” Brady yelled when we got to there house

“Hi hun, oh hi Nora” Jodi said giving me a hug

“We are just going to go up to the clearing be back in a bit ok” Brady said while taking my hand and leading me out of the house.

“So where are we going?” I asked him, personally I didn’t care where we were going as long as I was with him I was fine.

“Ok were almost there, now put this bandana on your eyes” Brady said. He must have seen the confused look on my face so he explained a little more

“Haha I want you to put this on so you can be surprised when we get there! Duh!” He said teasingly, wow how he made my heart melt!

“Ha ok I will put it on but how am I going to walk with out seeing, I mean you saw how I was yesterday when I could see!” I said

“ Don’t worry I will take your hands” He said reassuringly.

“Ok Ya ready to open them?” He said

    “Yes!”

“Ok go, ahead” He said taking off my blind folds.

“Oh. My. Gosh” It was beautiful. It was a clearing with a view that looked over the whole lake. It was breath taking. They had a little lean-to with a picnic table set up. All around it had beautiful flowers and it was just amazing!

“Do you like it?” Brady asked

“Are you kidding, I love it! Its… just amazing!” I was speechless!

“Ha good im glad because were having lunch up here” He said and he was standing in the sun and the sun glistened off of him, he was just perfect!

“Oh awesome, what are we having?” I asked

“Well Madame.” Brady said talking like a French waiter. I giggled

“We have fruit, some sandwiches and so much more, it’s really a gourmet meal” He said still talking funny and making me laugh.

“Sounds great!” I said. I couldn’t believe I was hanging out with such an amazing guy like Brady.

When we were done with lunch we went to sit out in the grass and talk. We laughed and talked about what we liked to do, we talked about if we had had any boyfriends/ girlfriends. And things like that. When I was around him I felt like I could be myself. He wasn’t intimidating, and let you talk without interrupting you or judging you. Right while I was talking about what we wanted to be when we grew up he leant over and kissed me. I was so stunned I didn’t do anything at first but then I started kissing him back. I thought I had died and gone to heaven! I know its probably exaggerating but oh my gosh!

    “Sorry” He said blushing

“Its fine” I said blushing also

“ I really like you Nora, I feel like I can tell you anything. I actually like hanging with you cause your normal and easy to talk to… Oh wow that probably sounded really corny right?” He asked really blushing this time

“Not at all that was so sweet. I feel the same way about you” I said

“Well how about we start heading back down, and when we get home maybe we can go swimming or something” He said

As we were picking up I saw there was Jell-o that his mom made still left over. I casually took the bowl like I was going to put it in the basket and while his back was turned I took a hand full and threw it at his back! He slowly turned around and said

“Oh I don’t think that’s just what you did!” With a im gunna get you back smile on his face

    “Maybe I did, maybe I didn’t” I said

“Well I think you did and if I were you I would run” he said teasingly

“Im not scared of you!” I said in a playful tone

And with that he started chasing me I yelped and headed off running, I had no idea where I was going until he caught me and pulled me down to the ground and sat on top of me.

“That was not nice what u did back there, and well I think you should pay.” He said teasingly again.

“Oh really well what are ya goin…..”

And with that he took the Jell-o and shoved it in my face!

We laughed the whole way down to the house!
