Stubborn [ Kion x Azaad ]

Chapter One- Return home

Nobody's POV

Kion and the lion guard were saying their goodbyes to their good friends at the Tree of life, Azaad and Binga had decided it was best for them to come with to live in the pridelands. Things weren't going so well for Azaad here at the Tree and Binga didn't want to be without Bunga, the group of animals were face to face with the night pride near the exit/entrance to the Tree of life.

"We were so glad to have all of you here." Rani smiled as she spoke, "Please come to visit anytime." This made Kion smile, He walked up to Rani and gave her a hug. During his time here Rani and Kion had become best friends, Rani knew things about him nobody else did, Rani was basically Kion's secret holder.

Baliyo went to go hug Bunga and Binga, "I'll miss you guys." The brown usually cheerful lion would say almost beginning to cry, after some final goodbyes and hugs, they finally set off. They just began to put foot/paw on the snow when Ono flew up, "I'll scout the way." The egret spoke as he got a nod of approval from Kion

Kion's POV and days later

I can finally see the pridelands in the distance, I smile, remembering some fun memories. "I can't believe we're finally here!" I shouted out of pure excitement, "Yes!" Bunga would yell as he jumped off Beshte. "Race ya guys!" Fuli would chuckle, "Azaad would be glad to race thee." The male cheetah smiled, I don't know why but that smile, it always makes me feel happy. His voice makes my heart flutter, and his glace makes my face go red with blush. I don't know this feeling but I hope it never ends, the feeling makes me feel like I belong in this world. "Kion you coming?" Beshte asked as he passed me, "Oh! Y-yeah of course!" I'd answer, getting out of my weird trance "Tell the others I'll be walking though." Beshte nodded at my request and ran off to catch up with the others, Binga and Ono on his back. "You can't be in love with him Kion.. Stop it.." I would growl to myself, quiet enough so nobody could hear, I suddenly got a flash back.

Flash Back(s) :D (Still Kion's POV)

I walked up to my dad, he had called me for a reason I was unsure of, "Need something dad?" I'd ask curiously. Immediately I was hit, batted at the side of my head. "Kion explain! Why are you STILL not getting a female like I asked!" Simba growled, I could see father was blinded by anger. "D-dad I can't!" I said, trying to explain I didn't like girls, BAM another hit. "No son of mine will be gay!"Simba growled, another hit to the head. This time I was knocked onto the floor, I was beginning to lose my vision. All I could see was my father looking at me with hatred but it soon went to eyes of regret, I saw mother run over to me, yelling at my father before I completely passed out.

(Out of flashback) My head then went to another flashback when I had told Rani about this, whole situation.

 "And that's the same day I figured out I was g-gay and I should hide it.." I'd say looking at her, trying to block the pain of memories of the worst day in my existence. Rani seemed shocked, I couldn't tell if it was good shock or bad shock. "Kion that's great that you're realizing you are gay and it's best to keep it secret, but why would you're dad do that to you? It's just not right." I suddenly heard her say, "You're not weirded out?" I'd ask trying to ignore the question, "What? No of course not." Rani responded, I was quite shocked at this. "Do you know who made you like, you know, guys?" I started to think, one guy came up into my mind. 

My heart started to flutter as I thought, Rani seemed to noticed my happy state. "Oooo! Who's the lucky guy?" Rani asked, slight teasing in her tone of voice.  "A-.. Azaad." I'd manage to say, feeling a bit shy. Rani cheered,  "You two are made for eachother!" She squealed, "R-Rani!" I said trying to shush her. Azaad came in soon after with Fuli and Ono. "What is um, all this screaming about, you alerted Azaad and Ono." The male cheetah asked with confusion, "N-nothing!" I screeched, getting a large voice crack in the middle, man.. Love being a teenager. Fuli seemed suspicious but then shrugged, "If you guys aren't in trouble, We'll be on our way." She said as she and the other two walked off, "That was too close Rani.." I said turning at her, Rani just smiled without much guilt.

Back to present, Nobody's POV

Kion snapped out of his thoughts and began running towards pride rock, it was starting to become dark and he didn't want to scare anybody. As he arrived he saw the lion guard and his family there waiting for him, "Hello." Kion said before getting tackled by Kiara, "Kion! We missed you! why weren't you with the guard! You had us worried!" She said with a lecturing tone, "I was just out for a walk and taking my time." He'd explain, Kion saw his dad glare at him with suspicion. "And who is this other honey badger?" Nala asked, breaking the glare of Simba. Kion basically then explained everything to his mother and father. Except for everything including him liking Azaad.
