Loving the unloveable

Chapter One- The introduction.

I grew up like everyone else in my neighborhood, I had a mum and a dad who were still married and in love like the day they met, I had a younger sister who stole my clothes and used my belongings as often as she could, a dog and a cat that pretended to hate each other but if you walked up quiet enough, could find them snuggling together on the couch.

I grew up loving dancing, most girls do. My sister didn't follow in my footsteps though, she stays at home feeding into all the bullshit dramas that go on at our school, I never understood why she spent all of her time and energy giving into the bullys, giving them exactly what they wanted. my mum worked as a doctor and my father was a cop, we were quite a wealthy family but it didn't give any of us a big head like it did most of the people at Dented Heads High School, yes Lila and I went to a prissy private school, but we weren't bitchy.. well we tried not to be. You know when you try so hard not to involve yourself in all the drama that goes on around you but somehow it always seems to rip you in? Well yeah, that's Dented Heads High for you. 

Dented Heads High is your typical high school, teenage drama movie. We have the clicks, the mean girls, Lacy, the main bitch that thinks she runs the joint, then we have her best friend... Charlie, her parents are the second richest people in all Dented Heads, right behind Lacy's, then we have Less and Shopie, Lacy and Charlie's little workers, they all seem like they are best mates but everyone can see how badly Charlie and Lacy treat the other two, and the sad part is that Less and Sophie have the potential to be nice people but they chose not to be on the wrong side of Lacy and Charlie.

Next, we have the "Nerds" they aren't your typical movie nerds, they are all attractive and super nice, but yes of course they are the brains of the school, I don't know all of their names but ill enlighten you on the ones I do know... first we have John, he is so super-nerd sexy, he wears these sharp black glasses and his uniform is always so neat and tidy and just tight enough to define his muscles, ergh! Trust me, you'd drool over him too. Then we have Kelly, she is just the sweetest girl you'd ever meet, she has the most beautiful long blonde curly hair and the greenest eyes, every time we walk past each other, she waves and smiles without fail... it makes my day. Last but not least is Landon, he is gorgeous as well as john, he has this shy, quiet boy demeanor about him that makes him so intriguing to me, like you just want to get to know him but he's so far away from everyone else on the planet, if you get the chance to talk to him, he's nice enough sure, but he's just so kept to himself... I guess that's a good thing around here.

We are now moving onto the sporty kids, first, we will start with my boyfriend, Flynn Tyler... I know right, how cliché of me to be dating the sporty boy but moving on, Flynn and I have been dating since year 7 and have been doing everything together since then, he asked me out with a ring pop... how sweet, such a little year 7 thing to do. he's the only boy I've ever loved and not to mention if we ever broke up, I think it would hurt my family more than me, they love the little fucker. Flynn plays in the Dented Heads football team, he's their best ruckman, I've never seen him lose the ball in all of his games. Now introducing his best mate, my worst enemy, Caleb Finn, Caleb also plays in the football team and has a degree in being an ass! nothing that comes out of that boy's mouth is nice, I once saw him push over an old lady because she was walking too slow. Caleb is dating Charlie and I have to admit, they actually are a cute couple, Caleb once took Charlie in a hot air balloon just cause she was crying one night. 

Having a boyfriend who's best mate is dating one of the mean girls has its downfalls, exhibit A-Lacy wants my boyfriend, I guess it's a best friend duo kind of deal, she wants to be dating Flynn so they can go on double dates with Charlie and Caleb. We also have Misty Renalds, the best soccer player in all of Dented Heads, and my best friend. Misty and I have been friends for basically our whole lives, we never argue or fight, don't get me wrong, we annoy the absolute shit out of each other but that's normal. Misty is one of those people that no matter how bad you've fucked up, will always see the good and positive in things, Misty has three little ratbag brothers, Jai, Nathan, and Dexter... they are identical triplets and the biggest terrors around town, I heard Misty once say that the boys tied up their neighbor and tried to pull his teeth out.

Well, those are the main people we've got going on at this school, the rest are just loners or people no one really talks to. The last person I've got on my list to introduce is, Ryder Roberts... he is the typical bad boy of Dented Heads, no he doesn't ride a motorcycle, but he drives this matte black, old school Cadillac that his dad left him before he passed away mysteriously, rumor has it that Ryder was the one that killed his dad but I think that's all it is, a rumor.

Ryder doesn't really talk to anyone, not many people have even heard his voice... I heard it once when he accidentally knocked my phone out of my hand walking past me in a hurry, a very quiet "sorry" left his lips. He's not an outcast, he just doesn't like anyone here, people have tried to be his friend but he doesn't budge, I know he has older friends but I couldn't imagine going all throughout high school with not even one friend. He seems to do good academically in the classes I have with him, I mean... he gets better scores than me sometimes. I kinda feel bad for him sometimes though, because he has this "bad boy" reputation, the teachers tend to pick on him and nag him on things they normally wouldn't nag on others for. He's in detention a lot and sometimes disappears for days on end but always returns like he wasn't just missing for three days.
