part 1

I woke up in the hospital. I didn't remember anything. The nurse had to fill me in.

"You've been in a coma for a week. Thats how long ago the accident was." said the nurse.

"The accident?" I asked, puzzled. All of the sudden memories began to flood my brain. The screams, the crumbling buildings, the shaking.

"An earthquake, about a week ago." the woman said, poking useless buttons on a machine and failing to move my bed.

I tried to forget the day of the quake but I could never quite forget the clap of fat ass cheeks as my world collapsed around me.
