Ahem back to the story...
Lily pov:
I woke up and got out of bed, I went into the bathroom and splashed my face with cold water before I got dressed into my uniform. Once I made up my bed and packed my books in my bag, I grabbed Kageyama's hoodie and walked out my room. I placed my stuff by the front door and went to the kitchen, I made a quick cheese toastie and put it in my mouth. I grabbed my shoes and put them on with the toastie still in my mouth. I open the door and lock it behind me, I walk down the pathway to school while eating my toastie.
Kageyama pov:
I woke up to my alarm going off, I groaned while hitting the snooze button on the clock. I sit up and climb out of bed, I drag my feet to the bathroom and strip my clothes off. I turn the shower on and wash my hair then my body, once I finished I wrapped a towel around my waist and walked out the bathroom. I put my uniform on and pack my bag, I walk out my room and walk to the kitchen I walk over to the fridge. I open it and grabbed a milk box, I shut the fridge while poking my straw into the box. I bring the straw up to my mouth and take a sip, I grabbed my shoes and put my milk box down beside me before putting my shoes on. I grabbed my milk while standing up and walked out the door, I locked it before walking down the path and in the direction of school while drinking my milk.
Lily pov:
When I got to school I decided to head to class early, so I could get a good seat. I found a seat at the back of the class, I sat there waiting for maths class to start and while I was sitting there a familiar face walked through the door. I smiled as he walked up to me.
"Hey" I said as he sat down next to me
"Hey" he repeated.
"Here's your hoodie" I said holding his hoodie towards him.
"Thanks" he says taking it.
"No problem thank you for letting me use it" I replied.
"Its fine" he said.
The bell went for class and everyone started coming in and sitting down, then the teacher walked in.
"Hello class" the teacher says sitting down at her desk.
"Hello" we replied.
"Do the equations on the board please" the teacher said.
I open my book and started doing the equations, I looked over at Kageyama who didnt seem to get it.
"You okay?" I asked.
"No I dont understand this" he answered.
"Do you want help?" I ask.
"Yes please" he replies.
"Okay" I said.
Timeskip...
I was walking to the gym alone and when I got there no one was there, was I really early? I looked around and decided to wait. After a few minutes Sugawara and Daichi walked in, when they saw me they walked over.
"Hey Lily" they said.
"Hey Suga hey Daichi" I said.
"Your here early" Suga says.
"Yeah I didnt realize that I was so early" I said looking away.
"Oh that's alright" Daichi says.
"Lets set up the court" I said standing up.
"Yeah" they replied.
We walked over to the storage room and grabbed the stuff out, Daichi and Suga grabbed the posts while I grabbed the net and the volleyball baskets. While they set up the court, I put the basket of balls on either ends on same side of the net.
"Hey guys!" Tanaka says walking in.
"Hey" we said.
"Hello my beautiful Lily" Tanaka said swooning over me.
"Ah... hey..." I said sweat dropping.
"Hey I'm here" Nishinoya said.
"Hey sorry I got held up" Asahi says.
"I-" I got interrupted.
"Hey guys let's play now!" Hinata shouts.
"Hey" Kageyama blandly said.
"Hey guys" Yamaguchi quietly says.
"Tch" Tsukishima said.
"Lets get practise started" I said.
"Yeah!" everyone shouted.
"Let's start with setting and spiking" I said.
"Okay" they said lining up.
I stood by the basket and Kiyoko stood at the other one, I chucked a ball up over Kageyama head so he could set it to the spiker.
"Here Kageyama" I said throwing another ball up.
He puts his hands up above his head and looks at the ball then to the spiker.
"You guys couldnt wait for me" the coach says.
"Sorry coach but we decided to start without you" Daichi said.
"Its fine continue" Ukai says.
Timeskip...
After practise and everyone cleaned up, we stood outside the gym and waited for Suga to lock it.
"See you tomorrow guys" I said.
"See you tomorrow Lily" they said.
After our goodbyes we all went our separate ways expect for me and Kageyama because we were walking in the same direction.
"You know you dont have to walk me home every night" I said.
"Its fine I really don't mind" Kageyama plainly says.
"Oh okay" I mumbled.
Once we got to my house Kageyama was acting weird.
"Hey you okay?" I asked.
"Yeah I just want to ask you something" he answered.
"Oh what is it?" I ask.
"Um- can I get your number?" He asked really fast.
"Oh sure" I replied.
"Here" he said holding his phone out to me.
I take it and type my number in before handing it back to him.
"Thanks" he quietly said.
"Your welcome" I said with a smile.
"I should go now" he awkwardly says.
"Yeah" I said agreeing with him.
"Goodnight Lily" he says.
"Goodnight Kageyama" I said.
