His Life
I'm even hearing his voice in my dream.
I woke up because of the sound of my alarm. Nakalimutan kong 'yung pinaka-nakakainis na alarm tone pala 'yung pinili ko!
"Aaaa..." I tried to reach it without opening my eyes.
"Oh, hi? Get up and prepare for next week." Nagmulat lang ako nang pumasok si Yino sa kwarto ko para mang-gulo.
Next week? What's with next week?
"Next week is your first day on my school, Lully. Wala ka pang gamit, not even uniforms. Estudyante ka ba talaga?" Tinanggal niya ang unan na tinakip ko sa ulo ko.
"You're so noisy.." I tiredly said and avoided him.
"Bahala ka, today lang ako free. Mag-isa kang mamili ng mga gamit mo." I smiled widely when I heard him went outside my room.
"Did she wake up? Hindi pa rin? I really don't know what to do with my daughter, Yino." Nagising ako dahil sa sinabi ni Mommy. They're just outside my room.
Why? What's wrong with me?
"Should I prepare some sets of uniforms, Tita? How about her things?"
"Yes, please. Kung may free time ka. Her things...siguro I'll just call Eagan to accompany her." My eyes widened by hearing that. Eagan is my closest friend!
"Sure, Mommy. I'll get ready now, call him na." Hindi ko alam kung gaano ko kabilis nilakad 'yung distance from my bed to the door kung nasaan sila.
"Susmiyo, Mayrina! You startled me!" I pouted when I heard what she said.
Mayrina is my Grandma's name. Buti nalang at nandoon si Daddy para ayusin 'yung name ko. It was supposed to be Lolita Mayrina.
"Mayrina! Hahahahaha! Mayrie, Mayrie ka pang nalalaman, Mayrina lang pala! Hahahahaha! Ngayon ko lang 'yon nalaman, ah." He even pointed at me like what children do.
He's irritating!
I rolled my eyes on him and went back to bed. Nawala 'yung excitement ko.
I didn't expect to fall asleep again since nags-scroll lang naman ako sa feed ko. Liking random posts from people I know and everything.
Until a message from Eagan popped-up.

'On my way there, Lull.'
I smiled and went to my closet to finally dress up.
I won't take a bath since naligo na rin naman ako kagabi.
"This? Or ito kaya?" I'm holding two pieces of clothes. Isang dress na white and a violet top.
Kanina ko pa tinatanong ang sarili ko kung ano bang mas bagay.
"Lull! Eagan's here, bilisan mo please!" I heard Mom's voice from downstairs.
Ang bilis naman niyang dumating! Mabilis ko nalang kinuha ang white dress at iniwan sa bed ang violet top na hawak ko kanina. I changed so quickly, Eagan is so freaking short-tempered!
"I'm coming, wait!" I raised my voice while I walk down the stairs.
Pagbaba ko ay nakita ko si Eagan na naka-upo sa harap ng TV. He's with his phone. Probably busy with something.
