Chapter 10

The day was finally here, I was so excited. He had been texting me and calling me every chance he got. Now he was texting me telling me his plane was about to take off. I was so happy. "I got to go, the flight attendant is getting pissy. Can't wait to see you." He texted. I was waiting for the moment to drive over to the airport to go meet the guys there. Finally the moment came. I got my keys and drove to the airport. I couldn't wait to see him. My friend was driving there to meet Tony. I walked into the airport and read the plane schedule. I was checking to see when there plane was supposed to land. It said five minutes. I was so excited, my heart was pounding. I sat down in the chairs near the exit and waited for there plane to land. I saw people coming out of the planes but none of them were him. It was longer than five minutes. There was an announcement "Flight 254 has been delayed..." That was their plane. I leaned over on my hand and closed my eyes. All of the sudden I felt someone touch my arm. I look over and there he stood. The tall handsome, sweet man that I remember from over a month ago. I stood up and hugged him tightly. "I missed you." He said. "I missed you too, Mike." I said. Jaimie started clapped, we all laughed and started walking toward the doors. "My car is parked over there" I pointed. "Ok, are you hungry?" He asked. "Starving" I said. "Ok, do you want to take your car to lunch somewhere?" he asked. "Sure, do they want to eat something? I asked. "Hey guys" He yelled. "I'm going to ride in the car with her do you want to meet up and eat somewhere?" He asked. "Sure, we can go to the usual place, it's just up the road." Said Vic. "Do you like sushi?" He asked me. "I love it" I replied. "Yeah lets go there." He said to the guys. We walked over to my car and the guys got in a white van that could fit all of them. We got in the car and he drove us to the restaurant. I was so happy he was here with me again. He held my hand as he drove. We listened to music and enjoyed each others company. They arrive at the restaurant and we all sit down and look at the menus. It was one of the most fun lunches I've ever been too. Jaimie made everyone laugh. We all finished eating and headed out the door. Mike and I stood outside and smoked a cigarette. "What do you want to do now?" He asked. "I don't know, do you want to relax after your flight?" I asked. "Yeah I feel a little tired." he said. " Do you want to go to your house and watch some movies or something, everyone will be at mine hanging out so we could be alone." he said. "Yeah, let's do that." I said. He walked over to Vic and told him what he was doing. I put out my cigarette and walked over to say goodbye to the guys.
