(Note: I do not own this song!!!!)
Scholar and the Gentleman sat on top of a high tower in japan.
The two sipped fine wine and talked over important things, trivial things, and all things in between. Things importantly, humanity.
Gentleman walked to the edge of the building and looked down.
"Look at how they crawl aroundUpon the GroundLike little Ants..."
He chewed on an apple.
Scholar walked up to him.
"Yes, but how they fascinate,Confusing fateWith what is merely Chance"
Then the two began singing/arguing.
"Isn't it a laugh?"
"Isn't it a shame?"
"Thinking there is someone in Heaven to blame"
"Yes, but even while blaming fate for the lives that they lead,They hope for the lives that they need"
"Living every Day 'til the Day they dieNever getting Answers"
"Yet still asking whyGoing through the Motions as if there will be a reward"
"While we stay eternally bored!"The two began dancing.
"They're only Human
They don't seeWho they are is who they'll always beOnly Human, after allSo they push and they shoveWith this thing they call Love 'Til they fall!"
"Isn't it a farce?"
"Isn't it a waste?"
"Struggling to Face what can never be faced"
"Yes, but maybe Death can release something more than we share
"I really don't know and don't care!!!!"
"They're only HumanStanding stillDoomed to live pushing boulders uphillOnly Human, after allSo they give and they takeHoping someone will help break their Fall(They teleported to a graveyard that held great significance to them both.)
"They will pray, curse, live die
Never knowing their Truth is another Man's Lie"
"Eat, sleep, love, hateLike a Leaf blowing in the Wind""Watch them all vacillate!""They're only HumanThey can't see""All the Years they could give you and me""Only Human, after all""So they give and we take" "'Til their silly Hearts break""Looking down from above I'm intrigued by their Love""So let's call!""Hmmm, let's call."
The two stopped and laughed.
"I can see why you like singing."
The Gentleman shrugged. "Same time tomorrow?"
"Can't. Sally has a thing. Next week I'm free."
Gentleman said, "Great. See you then."
Scholar then sat in the grave yard on the headstone.
He sighed. "Wish you were here, man."
Then he walked away. The headstone was an old friend. Blaize Bacas. 1993-2017.
(Author's note: So that's my parody. And I want to say the Scholar/Majestic Tale universe is dedicated to my friend Blaize. he died after I moved away. I don't know how, though. But he loved god. The way I see it, he is with him now. Hope we meet again, someday, man. To Blaize.)
