Third person pov
All the genin gathered in the town square, they were going to have a joint mission.
Kakashi and the other jonin joined them gai having dragged kakashi out of bed. They had to do a check in on the land of waves to see how it was doing. Naruto explained to the others that he would set up clues in the land of waves too.
(Pretend the journey to get to the land of waves only takes 2 days)
Along the way they ran into no trouble and have now arrived at the land of waves
Naruto pov
"Guys I'm going to run ahead and set up the next clue!" I yelled
"Okay!" Responded the others
(In this story tanzua's family knows about him being the junjunki and they accept him sorry I needed it for the plot ;-;)
I arrive at tanzuas house and explain to him and his family what I'm doing I ask who would like to be the guardian of the next clue and Inari jumps up "me!me!me please!"
I chuckle "ok inari" I hand him a scroll and with that I was gone
Back with the others
"Hinata! Its nearly 1:00!open the scroll!"
Hinata pulls it out and it opens
She reads it aloud
*A mission lied for in strength lied for in power this is where you rested to face Gato soon this is where the next scroll will lie
A certain person holds it, that person holds regret, he lashed out the first time we met.*
Sakura looks up " hmmm, Inari!"
They all rush to inari and collect the scroll
After checking in they all were ready to leave again and set off.
