Dixie's pov:
I wouldn't be lying if I wasn't nervous as fuck that my parents are meeting Addison because anyone I date never meet up to their standards but Addison is different a good different she isn't like any regular girl I found off the streets she is the girl I want to marry and have kids. She is the girl I want to build a life with but I don't know how my mom will be she is very picky on who I date no one I ever dated met up to her standards but as we pulled up to my parents mansion everyone was outside as my dad was bbq so we came on time. Addi was kinda nervous as she pulled on her fingers so I grabbed her hand holding it as I brought the back of her hand to my lips placing a kiss causing her to smile before I let go and got out. I went to open her door taking her hand into mine as we headed to the gate as one of the maids open the gate for us the twins came running to Addi hugging her legs as Addi rubbed their back. They hugged me before running off so I slipped my hand into hers causing her to blush as I lead her to my mom who seemed to be examing her.
A: Hello Mrs. D'Amelio my name is Addison its a pleasure to meet Dixie's beautiful mother.
He: Hello Addison please call me Heidi and Dixie I like her.
D: Thanks mom I like her too.
He: She will be good for you and Addison hunny why don't you go introduce yourself to everyone make yourself at home.
A: Thanks Heidi and you can call me Addi for short and okay I will bye baby.
D: Bye love.
We waited till she walked away before my mom turned to me smiling.
He: You found the one.
D: So you like her?
He: Of course Dixie she is polite and well mannered she will be good for you and she seems to be best friends with the twins and dogs.
D: Yeah she is honestly the sweetest.
He: Go be with your girlfriend while I take care of things Dix.
He: Okay mommy.
I walked over to Addi who was petting the dogs while the twins told her their names her smile was huge so maybe for her gift I get her a puppy since they seem to make her happy. She stood up and hugged me as I held her as we went to my dad and man who knew this girl would make my whole entire family love her as we ate she was talking to my mom and my cousin before we said our goodbyes and headed  back on the road to drive around.

Addi's pov:
Meeting Dixie's parents I was nervous as fuck but to know they think I'm perfect for their daughter makes me happy so as we ate lunch Heidi, her cousin, and I all talked about the wedding and stuff but soon lunch was over so Dixie and I said our goodbyes before we went back too the car as we drove around for a bit before we ended up going back home. When we got inside no one was home so I decided to go for a swim while Dixie went to do some work so I changed into this 2 piece and grabbed my towel, journal, and sunglasses before heading outside to the backyard. I set my towel down on the lawn chair before applying sunblock as I layed down and started to write in my journal about today and once I finished I decided to go into the pool so I dipped my feet into the water before fully going in. I stayed in the water for about 15 minutes before deciding on laying on one of the floaties and by now Dixie had come out and joined me as she was swimming but as I move my glasses to the top of my head to scan  for Dixie she was gone until I fell back into the pool as she was laughing her ass off. I splashed her as I started to swim away as she chased me and it went in for 5 minutes before she caught me turning me around so I can face her as her hands rested under my thighs as my legs wrapped around her waist we looked into each others eyes soon her eyes flickered to my lips as I did the same as we slowly leaned in but before our lips could even touch the front door opened as laughter errupted the quiet home so I got out of Dixie's grip getting out of the pool. I wrapped myself a towel before grabbing my stuff and heading back upstairs leaving everyone. After my relaxing bath  I changed into one of Dixie's sweats and a champion crew neck as I headed into the guest bedroom well I guess my bedroom locking the door before I sat on the bed turning the tv on going to netflix to watch grey's anatomy. 2 hours into my binge watching someone knocked on the door saying dinner was ready but I wasn't hungry so I just continued watchi for about another 30 minutes before Dixie unlocked my door holding a tray of food placing it on my night stand before closing the door and sitting next to me placing a kiss on my head.
D: Baby girl you need too eat.
A: Buttt Dix!
D: Please baby girl.
A: I'm not hungry though!
D: Please mamas.
A: Fine.
(Totally not an everyday convo my girlfriend and I have to make me eat)
I ate the food she brought me before we layed down on the bed as she had her arms around my waist and head on my shoulder watching me scroll through insta on my phone. I soon felt her fall asleep as her body stiffend so I turned my phone off falling asleep in her embrace feeling safe.

Hey guys I know I haven't been updating a lot its because I have been going thru a lot of family issues and its been a lot for me especially since I have been busy with that but I also had a writers block so bare with me as I try too update as much as I can when I am free.
