hope and quirks ( bnha x ocs)

chapter II

       I woke up to the smell of bacon, eggs, and potatoes. I looked around the room and initially I began to panic until I remembered the events from yesterday.  Stretching and yawning I got up and looked above me for Lily only to see that she wasn’t there, panicked I ran out only to see her helping Moc set the table. I sighed in relief then went over and sat down for breakfast. “Morning Blade!” I just grunted and gave Lily a glare. “Something wrong?” I just raised my eyebrow and gave her a look that explained everything. “...oh! Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you this morning. I just heard dad rummaging in the kitchen and decided to help out with breakfast.” I reluctantly sighed and reduced my glare, I focused my attention when I heard a door close and footsteps approach the kitchen. When the figure came to view I saw that it was Shinso in what I presumed to be the U.A uniform. He sat down across from me giving me and Lily a small smile. After a little while our other dad joined us as well, he sat down next to me. Eventually Lily and dad brought the food in and set it up on the table, Lily sat down between me and Shinso while dad sat down on Shinso’s other side. As we were eating our black haired father ‘gosh I need to come up with a name…’ spoke up “Your uniforms are in your closets, you’ll have enough time to change after breakfast then we’ll head off to school.” “Ok! Thanks dad!” The rest of breakfast was silent, once breakfast was over me and Lily went to our rooms and got changed. Lily added gray leggings to her uniform so she would feel more comfortable, I just added shorts underneath mine. Once we were dressed and had our bags packed we went out and met up with our dads and Shinso, after a bit of discussion we all got in the car and made our way to U.A.

         When we finally arrived and stepped out of the car we stared in awe at just how big the school actually is. “It’s impressive isn’t it?” “Mhm!” I suddenly began to feel both anxious and excited, I looked towards Lily and saw that she showed what I was feeling. I also noticed that Shinso looked more nervous. “*whispering* Lily...you activated your quirk. All of us are a lot more nervous than usual, you need to calm down.” “Oh! Sorry Blade!” “Huh? Why are you saying sorry Lily?” “Oh! Dad! It’s just that I accidentally activated my quirk and caused the others to get nervous...hehe.” “Your quirk?” “Mhm! As I said earlier one of my quirks is aura control and manipulation, part of that is the manipulation of emotions. The more negative emotions the thicker the air is which makes it hard for me to breathe. My emotions can also affect others if they are strong enough, I can usually control it but there is the occasional time my quirk activates on its own.” “I see, and what exactly are you feeling?” “Well nervous and excited which is causing Blade to feel that as well.” “That explains a lot.” “Oh?” “You were also affecting me.” “Gah! I. So sorry Shinso!!” “It’s alright, now why don’t we head inside?” Me and Lily both nodded our heads and followed Shinso and our dads inside. We said bye to our blond haired father and followed our black haired father to his classroom. “After learning more about what you're capable of Lily I’d like to advise that you keep your emotions in check because it gets pretty rowdy in here.” “Right! Thanks dad!” Our dad just nodded then went inside after telling us to wait out in the hall till he class us in.

       I walked in and saw my class in absolute chaos. ‘This looks like fun.’ “Alright shut it all of you! We have some new students so sit down!” I waited until everyone had sat down before I started talking again. “Alright everyone, we have two new students and one transfer from the general studies course. You can come in now.”

(With Blade)

         Lily was just chatting with Shinso until we heard our dad tell us we could head inside, I followed them inside as we stood in front of a bunch of judgmental teenagers ‘oh boy…’ “alright, state your name and quirk then take a seat.” I could tell that me and Shinso weren’t going up anytime soon and I’m pretty sure that Lily could tell as well because she went up. “H-hi! My name is L-Lily! I have multiple quirks actually! My main quirk is aura control and manipulation, due to my unique eye color I can see auras or an energy that surrounds everyone then I can take that energy and use it. I can transform into a wolf. Blade is the girl behind me, she also has multiple quirks. Blade is a neko which means she has the qualities of a cat, and she has hijack which allows her to take someone’s quirk for two minutes and then whenever she touches them so like a quirk database, and she can teleport. Oh yeah! She is also shy so she doesn't talk a whole lot.” I glanced at Shinso and saw him ready to talk to our new classmates. “Hi, I’m Shinso, my quirk is brainwashing, when someone talks to me I can choose to activate my quirk.” “Alright now go sit down! You three can go sit down in the back, Blade behind Sato, Lily behind Todoroki, and Shinso behind Momo. Now…”
