"Hey ma" I smiled kissing her cheek. "Hey!" She spoke in a shocked tone.

I haven't seen my peoples in almost over 2 months.

"Bout time you came to see us, I oughta whoop yo ass!" she smiled turning around giving me a big hug. "Yeah my fault ma, I been meaning to sooner" I chuckled hugging her back.

"Hey baby!" I smiled picking Leah up as she ran through the house.

"You getting big" I kissed her cheek. "Hey Taurus" she smiled hugging my neck. "I missed you" she giggled. "I missed you too" I smiled putting her back down.

I almost felt like crying, I've missed them so much.

"Where the rest of the batch?" I asked referring to my other siblings. "Gone with friends" she replied as I nodded. "So what you been up to lately?"she asked placing all her attention onto me.

"I've been chilling and dropping music" I shrugged. I noticed a smile creeping upon her face. "What her name?"she asked. My mind instantly went back to Ryky. "What you talking bout?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"You know exactly what I'm talking bout" She made a face. "Ryky" I sighed. "She's your girlfriend?"she asked. "No" I shook my head. "Well why won't you make her to be?" She asked.

"I don't know" I shrugged. I watched as she nodded her head. "Welp she brings out a glow in you, don't mess it up" she pointed causing me to smile.

"You hungry?"she asked standing from the table and going over to the store to check on her food. "No, ma'am, I just ate some Popeyes" I told her.

"Well I was just stopping by, I'll call you later" I spoke breaking the silence and grabbing my Keys. "Alright you be safe out in them streets" she spoke as I kissed her cheek.

"Bye big head" I ruffled Leah's hair causing her to huff. "And you gone pay for my next ponytail" she rolled her eyes causing me to laugh.

"Like who does he think he is!" I ranted the the girls about polo and I's argument. "I think that's his way of saying he's ready for a relationship with you" Jai spoke and Ria nodded in agreement.

"And we both know you have feelings for him, otherwise you wouldn't be making this such a big deal for this long" Ria spoke. "I'm making this a big deal because he got me fucked up" I rolled my eyes.

"Would you be mad if he texted other girls?"Jai asked. "He already does" I rolled my eyes. "But do I question him? No because it's not my place!" I groaned. "And you're right, but does it makes you mad?" Jai questioned. "I mean yeah, a little" I rolled my eyes.

I watched as she nodded. "You both want to be with each other and you guys are not communicating, that's not healthy" Ria spoke. "You can really break up you guys friendship and you know you don't want that Ryk" Jai chinned in.

I sighed knowing they're right. But I was still mad at him.

"I want you to call him, and I want you to talk things over" Jai spoke again. "Okay" I mumbled. "I really love y'all" I told them causing the to smile.

"Love you too" they spoke kissing my cheek and walking out.

Pulling out my phone I dialed Polo's number. My heart raced as it rung. We haven't spoke since our argument.

I sighed when I heard the phone go to voicemail.

Putting my pride aside, I called again. It rung once then twice then four more times. Sighing I was about to hung up when I heard his voice speak.

"Hello" he spoke. My heart raced. "H-hello" I mumbled. "Wassup?" He asked. "Can we talk?" I got straight to the point. "About?" He asked with a hint of attitude causing me to roll my eyes.

"About us"I mumbled. "Speak up, stop mumbling" he spoke out. "About us" I spoke a little louder. "Talk" he said. "In person" I replied.

The line went silent. "Here I come" he spoke before hanging up.

Smiling to myself I locked my phone and waited patiently for him to arrive.

"So wassup" polo entered my room, taking a seat on my bed. "Can we talk about us?" I asked. "Yeah, wassup" he locked his phone, turning his attention to me.

"Well first it's very obvious that we both have feelings for each other" I spoke as he nodded. "So I want to get this of my chest" I looked down. "Let me know" polo raised my chin.

"Taurus, every time I see you my heart shudders, I've been hiding my feelings from you since you've been texting a bunch of different girls and I didn't want to get hurt" I spoke nervously fidgeting with my hands.

"I've never experienced this type of love before, not even with my exes" I sighed. "Taurus I Love you, I'm not talking the love that's best friends and friends share, I'm talking about the love that married partners who've been in love since high school share" I spoke looking deep in his eyes.

His face displayed a shock but satisfied face. "Wow" he chuckled. "You took the words right out of my mouth" he spoke causing me to smile. "Ryky my eyes light up every time I see you, from when I first met you till now, I knew when I laid eyes on you, that you're the one for me" He started.

"My heart skip a beat every time I hear you talk. My love for you is incomprehensible . I can feel my self go Insane when you're mad at me or when you're texting niggas. My love for you is the like the feeling when your turn your pillow and it's nice and cold" he spoke causing me to laugh a little as tears weld in my eyes.

"I love you too" he spoke. Tears were now dripping from my eyes. I watched as he wiped my tears before smashing his lips onto mines.

We made out for a couple of minutes before we let loose.

"Will you be my girl?"he spoke resting his forehead against mines. "Yes" I smiled.
