It disturbed the gentle flow of calm
The kind of calm I had not thought of
Which was punctuated by cars
And cycles as they whizzed past.
This serene calm all crisp
Is what my friend would say
Brings pictures to his mind
And poetry to his hands
So it disturbed the calm
What I thought was one
Playing his music loud
Music from his phone
The acoustic was so beautiful
I turned to look, actually, stare
It was music from a human
A human who was walking
In a trio
All Acoustic
His voice, loud, beautiful,, calm
It had not occurred to me
To peel my eyes off them
But they do not know me
Even if I stare for the rest of the day
I think it is the most beautiful
Music I've heard from a human
With only Acoustic
Here in Nsukka.
