I look at the time on my phone.

My train is at 09.00 a.m, I still have some time and walk To Y/N's house. She asked me to meet her before I leave for Tokyo today.
Like always, when the gate of her house came to view, she's already standing in front of it, waiting for me and this sight always makes my heart feels warm.
Toge: Konbu...
Y/N: ah Konbu... good morning Toge san...
I was wondering why did she want to see me this early, I'm not complaining because I want to see her too.
Toge: Okaka?

She looks flustered, I just realize that she's been hiding her hands behind her back. She looks at me and our eyes met and she slowly brings her hands in front and hands me something.

There's a phone strap with a knitted onigiri and an omamori (Japanese lucky charm) attached to it.
Y/N: it's... uh... a lucky charm... I made it...
I stare at her as she hands me her handmade charm.

I take it from her and she looks shy.
Y/N: Toge san... you'll have a lot of mission... and I... just hope that this charm could protect you.... I'm sorry it doesn't look nice...

I pick up my phone and text her.

I can see her eyes widened as she reads the text and her small smile that always manage to make my eyes glued to her appears.

Y/N nods her head and with that, we part ways. I head to the station and finally go to Tokyo.
When I arrive, I put my bag on the bed and my phone on the desk. Just then my eyes caught sight of the phone strap Y/N made.
Her face is appearing in my head and I take my phone right away.

I'm sitting in the backyard, after watering the plants. I look at my phone and feel conflicted.
Has he arrived?
I want to know if Toge san arrived safely. Tomorrow we won't be seeing each other again because he's back in Tokyo.
