The Dam Scam

At the savannah a lioness was grooming her cub; a giraffe was eating leaves from a tree; a hippopotamus was seen in the water, and the X-Tornado flew over it all.

"This place is amazing! All the wildlife here really is wild. Let's land to take a closer look." Tails said.

Sonic, was standing on top of the X-Tornado, nodding. Suddenly Chris pointed ahead.

"Tails! Check the radar! Mayday!" he said and they looked and saw that the Egg Fort hot on their tail.

At the Egg Fort.

"We caught them by surprise. Quick! Fire! Now!" Eggman said.

"Roger." Bocoe and Decoe said and saluted.

At the X Tornado the Egg Fort fired several missiles at them and they dodged. Then Sonic stretched his legs.

"Time for some fun." Sonic said.

"What are you gonna do, Sonic?" Chris asked.

"Ha! You'll see!" he said then revealed that he has a Power Ring, then activated it and leapt toward the Egg Fort, executing a home attack.

Back at the Egg Fort.

"Quick! Fire!" Eggman said.

"Too late!" Bocoe said.

"Oh nooo!"

Bocoe and Decoe hugged each other for fear.

"We are going to crash!" they said together.

At the X Tornado.

"All right!" Chris said.

The X-Tornado flew next to the Egg Fort. Suddenly, an explosion caused rocks the X-Tornado.

"Uh-oh!" Tails said.

Shrapnel was sent into the X-Tornado, breaking off one of its wings.

"The wing!"

"Look out!"

Then the X-Tornado plummeted to the ground.

Later at the savannah Tails was working on repairing the X-Tornado and Chris appeared bored.

He slid the dolly out from underneath the X-Tornado.

"I fixed it." he said.

"But Tails, the wing is still broken." Chris said.

"You're right. This machine can't fly..." he said and started up the X-Tornado and converted it to X-Cyclone mode. "...so we'll walk."

"I forgot the X-Tornado can walk."

"Unfortunately one of the legs falls off, damaging the X-Tornado further."

"Still needs work." Chris said blushing.

Later, Tails was once again repairing the X-Tornado.

"Can I do something to help?" Chris asked.

"No thanks. I can handle this myself." Tails said.

"Oh..." Chris said and looked around. "It sure is quiet around here." he said and opened his cell phone, but had no signal. "I don't even have any phone service here."

Then he sat up.

"Okay."

"I'll wake you when I'm done."

"Oh, thanks. You know, Tails, there's something about this place that's really different from home."

"Really?
