Finally, lunch was over and little Monti was going to her older brother, Atsumu's classes now. Monti already slept through English and she was in History.

This means next up is Science and Math. Her favorite and the worst.

"Can't we just skip Math?" She groaned as Atsumu held her on his hip, walking down the hall.

"Nope. Yer being overdramatic. Math isn't that hard." Atsumu said with a smile.

Monti glanced up at him. "I keep forgetting you're the smartest in Math but the dumbest in English." She muttered with a scowl on her face.

"Yer very expressive. Not in a good way." He said putting the child down so she could walk into the classroom. She flipped him off first and then walked in.

Atsumu's jaw dropped. "So lucky I can't kill you." He muttered.

They both walked into the classroom to be met with the teacher already telling them to sit down. Monti just followed Atsumu to his seat and sat on his lap. The people around him cooed at her.

"Alright class, I know there's an adorable child here. But you still have to learn algebra." The sensi said, going to the board.

"Today we will be working on Quadratic Function: Vertex Formula. Can anyone tell me what that is?" He said writing on the board and then turning to the class.

They stood silent, avoiding eye contact as well. Atsumu pretended to write down notes, and honestly, Monti felt that. She hated Math. A lot.

The teacher grew annoyed and called on a random student. They stuttered out an answer. It sounded like complete gibberish. Atsumu sighed, knowing it was wrong.

"That's not the right formula, this has to do with F, H, Y, A, and some more letters." He muttered to himself, to which Monti heard.

"Why are there letters in math?!" She whispered shouted, he shrugged with a small smile.

The teacher sighed, rubbing the bridge of his nose. "For a given quadratic y = ax2 + bx + c, the vertex (h, k) is found by computing h = -b/2a, and then evaluating y at h to find k." The teacher wrote and explained quickly as Atsumu looked at the note papers being passed around the class.

Monti blinked, not understanding a single thing the teacher said. She looked at her older brother's packet, seeing it labeled ALGEBRA in bold letters.

"What's algebra?" Monti mumbled. Atsumu chuckled. "A form of Math. You'll hate it." The teacher kept writing on the board. Saying to flip to a random page and solve the problems.

The class was quiet as they worked, only a few people whispering. Monti looked at the questions Atsumu answered with ease.

"What. The. Fuck." She whispered to herself. Apparently, someone in the other row heard her and busted out laughing. Atsumu held in his laugh as well.

"I can't even do timetables! What the 𝘧𝘶𝘤𝘬 is this?!" She grew annoyed and banged her head on the table. The teacher looked up, hearing the bang. He surveyed the class before going back to grade papers.

He got a call on the class phone, mumbling into it for a few minutes, he turned to his students. Announcing to them that he had to exit the class for a while. They were instructed to keep working as he left, and he closed the door.

Waiting a few minutes, the students listened to his footsteps fade. "Ight. What the FUCK are we doing?!" A male student yelled across the room.

"I was not paying attention." Atsumu admitted.
