What are you hiding...?

"Nightmare...? Is everything okay?" Chris asked me

I was sitting on Chris's bed and stared at the floor when he asked.
I was so lost in my thoughts that I was frightened when Chris stood in front of me, out of nowhere.
I didn't know what to awnser so i Just stayed quite.

Chris looked really worried and said
"Nightmare if something is bothering you, you can tell me"

I still Didn't awnser

Then there was silence, Chris didn't say anything just... starred at me worried.
I couldn't stand seeing him like that. I knew that I'm a real idiot and that I should at least say something to him, but I couldn't... Out of my mouth came nothing just embarrassment.
I couldn't even look in his face. Then I just Stood up and went out of the room.

Chris POV

I don't know what happened... He just doesn't talk to me! I'm really worried. He didn't even look at me the whole day! Did I do something wrong?
I need to know what happened. But first I will wait till tomorrow maybe he gets better and soon starts talking to me-

"Chris, Is everything okay?" Goldie asked

"OH JESUS GOLDIE YOU JUMPSCARED ME!" I shouted

"Sorry, you where looking worried- is everything okey?" Goldie awnserd

I looked at my floor and said
"It's Nightmare... He didn't talk to me the whole day since this morning, he is avoiding me and I don't know what I did wrong"

Goldie looked at me with a suprised look and said
"Really? He talked to me like nothing happen, grumpy as always...
But when I think about it he was actually kinda weird today.
He always had his head in the clouds and asked some weird questions.
Like if I ever had my first time or ever had dirty thought's about someone"

I don't know why but I was a little bit blushing as I heard what Goldie said
"Really?...That's new"
I awnserd while giggling to not show that I was blushing just because Nightmare asked Goldie a weird question today.

"Well let's wait till tomorrow, I will try to talk with him and maybe also Ennard" I added halfway hoping to get off the topic.

The Next morning

I'm standing in the kitchen and Nightmare still didn't talk to me. He even avoided me more than yesterday.
He didn't even look at me! like I was invisible-
it hurt but I knew that nightmare didn't mean it bad or something, but I still want him to talk to me about it,
that's why I'm here. Isn't he trusting me anymore...?

Ennard came thought the kitchen door to get some exotic butter!
That was my chance! I litally almost screamed "ENNARD"

Ennard looked at me confused and even a little scared "Y-yes Chris?"

"About what did you talk with Nightmare yesterday?" I asked him with a serious look on my face,

"Yesterday? Yeah we talked about some stuff. why?" Awnserd the Bundle of spaghetti.
I took a short breath and started talking
"Nightmare is avoiding me since you talked with him yesterday and i don't know why,
he talks to everyone but not me, I'm like invisible to him!"

Ennard looked a little shocked at first but then thought about it.
"I think I know why, but I don't know if you really want to know the reason why he's avoiding you"

I was quite for a second but then I awnserd
"please tell me, I feel really bad when something is bothering nightmare and he doesn't tell me"

He was silent for a second but then he said
"...Okey I tell you. it could be that I little rushed him or put him under pressure, and now I think, he's thinking about it the whole time"
