It's been a few days sense Loki and ryley went out for coffee

The two didn't have too many conversations in all honesty, more or less just silently hanging out but they had a silent bond

They were definitely unlikely of friends

Recently though Bucky and Loki became friends, and surprisingly they talked a lot

Today was Wednesday though, and Wednesdays were when Tony, pepper, Peter and ryley all went out for dinner as a family, recently either pepper or Tony were pretty busy though so only one of them went

Today however neither of them went so it was ryley to took Peter to dinner, and dakota, Peters boyfriend ended up going as well

They all entered the restaurant and got seated at a table

Ryley was quieter then usual though, the girl had something on her mind

"Ry? You okay?" Peter asked

"Hm? Oh yeah, just thinking" Ryley said

"Thinking about what? Your pretty godly lover?" Dakota joked

"No- he's not my 'lover'-" She said

"Noy yet" Dakota shrugged

Ryley rolled her eyes in response

"im thinking about pepper and tony actually" She said

"Oh? What about them?" Peter asked curiously

"Anyone else think they're drifting apart? They have been for a while, pepper missing out on party's, both of them always working, sometimes they don't even sleep in the same room, Tony falls asleep in his lab or goes to bed late around the same time pepper starts waking up, are they avoiding each other?" Ryley said

"You do have a point" Peter mumbled "but they're engaged? There going to get married as soon as they find the time, right?"

"What if the 'finding the time' excuse is really 'postponing the breakup'?" Ryley asked

"And what if it's my fault? It's not like pepper is my biological mother but Tony's my biological father so what if that upsets her? What if she's now getting like upset about it and doesn't like me any more? And doesn't like Tony because of me?" She asked worridly

"Hey hey, breath, ry, breath, I'm sure it's not your fault, sometimes people just grow apart, and Tony and pepper have been together a while so maybe they just grew out of the romantic attraction" Peter said

"I agree with petey, they love you, just as they love us, you and Peter are their kids, pepper could never hate you" Dakota said

Ryley nodded slightly and sighed

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to make dinner bad or anything" She said

"It's okay, we should probably confront them later on" Peter said

"I agree, for now though, let's just order some food" Ryley smiled softly and as if on cue the waitress started walking towards their table

More conversation was made after that, mostly 'how was your week' type stuff till they got their food

As they ate the conversation changed to Dakota teasing ryley about Loki then ryley teasing her brother and future brother in law about each other

Then after a while it was plotting how to confront their parental figures

Then after dinner they decided to go to a movie sense Peter had one of Tony's credit cards before they went back home and went their seperate ways

Ryley went to Loki though and both of them ended up hanging out as usual, but if you were to ask her she would probably just say it's because she has too

Even though secretly she's grown fond of the god

And he's grown fond of her as well
